Comments on "On The Street........Band Collar Shirt, New York City"
Nothing beats a great pair of chinos, unless of course it's a great white shirt!
Sorry, but this ensemble is just too droopy--particularly the pants.
Band shirts are always nifty, though. Especially with "tux" bib.
Maybe the wide pants are fashionable but oh so unpractical. This outfit just doesn´t appeal to me.The clothes seem to be hanging on him.Sorry.
wow, he is hottt :>
Sart,
I appreciate the way you can focus on one item that you find pleasing...cuz to be honest, the band collar shirt is the only thing interesting about this guy's outfit. The proportions are really off, especially in the pants. He could have made this work so much better. Maybe it was more appealing in person.
I'm not feeling it....
I can't figure out if it is just his stance that is throwing the whole look off, or that I think the pants are just too big for him and in turn makes for an overall sloppy look.
Maybe better posture would have made the ensemble look more pulled together.
I think it is marvelous. Casual, and the stance is slightly fey, but it works. The shoes and belt- what does he have against leather? But overall, very nice.
I really like the overall slouchiness. He looks relaxed without appearing rumpled; how does he manage to stay unwrinkled from top to bottom?
i don't like the pants. there is something unproportional.
rem what you said abt menswear being all abt proportion. bit too baggy the pants, that siad, nice shirt and shades :)
He looks clean, cool and comfortable in his outfit. That is enough value for me. Fashion does not need to be essential.
The Band collar seems to be trending right now; maybe some men are ready to move away from the stiff collars and collar stays...
haha. I happen to know this person.
He is VERY tall which may be part of the posture thing. He is someone in the fashion circles for what its worth....
