Comments on "Ciao from Milano!"
Aside from the unique shoes, he looks like a doorman on Park.
That's a really nice suit on him..
Elegant and sophisticated with a dash of adventure.. definitely sexy.. ;)
The pants are a bit overlong, but the overall look seems quite sound. I'm pleased to see Asians so well represented on your blog pages these days, and I find the willingness of Asian men to dress in cutting-edge ways to be quite refreshing. One senses a certain inventiveness and optimism among these men that felt lacking in fashion for much of the past decade, where a neurotic, compulsive cycling between decades of twentieth-century fashion seemed to bespeak a loss of creativity and courage. Bravo to the man in the shimmering pants, and to you.
something awkward about this..
love it. A touch of originality to an otherwise bland suit.
Cool looking fella - doesn't look like he's trying too hard either because the outfit looks a little ruffled.
I saw Nigel Barker wearing that tuxedo pants with the stripe on the side at the New York Fashion Week. I don't know if I like it because it made him look like a bell boy at a hotel.
When did stripes start appearing on tuxs?
hey there sart,
i'm a reader from asia. i love how you're gradually featuring more & more asians. sort of shows the fusion of western culture & distinct asian looks.
cheers!
Two things:
A pocket square is required with this outfit. (There are clothes that grab men; and there are clothes that grab the attention of women. A pocket square would've decided one way or the other.)
The shoes are hideous. This could've been a winning outfit but your shoes are junkyard. Your favorite, recent vintage find shouldn't be part of your wardrobe on the same day - give it time
Hot outfit!! Love the Prosum RTW with the Vuitton shoes...ready for post-show drinkies anyone?
From guy with the pants....wow.... didn't realise by saying yes to a pic warrant that much judgement. Lol. It's funny. By the way, the shoes are fab, Patent, Satin and Velvet...erm...definitely not from vintage shop..
Great idea, poorly executed. Looks young, hip, creative etc. but the fit (especially those long pant legs) makes this look very juvenile. A trip to the tailor though should save this one.
wow someone from Singapore! call me boring but i hate the pants, doesn't flatter his leg shape at all.
Wow, its fun to read people's comments when they think they know something about fashion, how wannabe are they. Personally I think this is hot, and I'm not just talking about the clothes either!
I agree that with a stripe down the leg, fit becomes even more important. These pants are too tight on the leg and too long, other than that, I like the style! I bought a second hand pair of pants that look like band pants, and have some big plans for them and their stripe.
Oh he is georgous. I love the shirt, the trousers, everything about the way he looks. There's something very ordinary and yet very exciting about his look. A very appealing mix of boring every day and dangerous bad boy. Very lovely.
Kleine Takeshi Tan!
gorgeous boy!!!!!! and like his look! put together effortlessly ... without trying too hard... he wears his pants the way he likes it.. power to him!
