clearly you found a few swedes can rock the "thom browne" look...

Blogger DeepBlueSea said ... (6:51 PM) :

The jacket colour is a smart choice, with his skin and hair colour. Looks great. Yeah and the hair is perfect.

Blogger Orchid & Wasp said ... (6:52 PM) :

I love the proportions and placement of the lapels in particular. He is so confidently unpressed that geeky notes of the shrunken jacket are just shot through with sexiness.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:18 PM) :

His hair looks amazing and the contrast to his clothing is superb!

Hi Sart, this is another nice photo from Stockholm! Keep 'em coming!

This is a wonderful summer-weight sports jacket. However, I think it would also work well as a two-button single-breasted. Is this a peak lapel? I can't tell from the photo. This gentleman's haircut and expression are very nice. He has the look of an Oxford University officer home on leave from the trenches of France during the Great War. A classic look.

Blogger Butch said ... (7:41 PM) :

By shrunken, Scott, you mean scaled-small, right? As opposed to put in a washing machine and....

Only trouble I have with the look is the pants, which don't carry the style....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:09 PM) :

i thought it was conan o brien!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:01 PM) :

Stockholms' Marlboro(light)Man! Now here I go Americanizing this comfortably smart outfit, Untuck the shirt! Really wish I could see the shoes, though. However, I agree the jacket is beautiful!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:17 PM) :

I'm getting a Jack Kerouac vibe from this fella.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:22 PM) :

OK. I'm moving to Stockholm. Sexy geek style. Perfect hair. So cute.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:39 PM) :

Is that taffeta, with all the moire? Wow.

Also, I love his hair.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:05 PM) :

The picture is interesting, seeing the other men behind him in the mirror.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:45 AM) :

i love his hair!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:57 AM) :

this is the kind of look I would love to do for myself but I feel I cant pull off.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:16 AM) :

Very very very handsome Swedish guy!! I am thinking of booking airplane tickets to Stockholm sometime soon!

Blogger the toothfairy said ... (3:21 AM) :

This guy looks a little bit like the Lead singer of Architecture In Helsinki. ???

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:27 AM) :

It's not the pants themself that look funny. He's just wearing his belt in a wrong way.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:25 AM) :

Does anyone know what that fabric/weave is called?

Swirly sharkskin?

Smashed flat seersucker?

-- desertwind

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:31 AM) :

hey sarto, behind him i can see another boy wearing paillettes. is this a trend in sweden? in reactionary Milano nobody would wear them.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:32 AM) :

Is that you, Conan?

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (8:42 AM) :

I love the colour mix - so subtle and elegant. Wonderful.

Blogger Style Salvage Steve said ... (8:47 AM) :

Looking out of the window at grey london just makes me jealous of being able to wear outfits like this. Everything about the shrunken jacket is perfect for this swedish gent. I am a little unsure about the pants but i would have to see them in full to pass opinion. The top half however is perfect summer dressing.

Blogger Elizabeth said ... (11:07 AM) :

That jacket is great.

But let's not overlook the color combo he's wearing, with the trousers and shirt. And his hair plays a part, offering complementary color/contrast. It's really warm and engaging.

Also, I'm sure I am not the only one to mention this, but the other people in the photo look so good!

Oh, and the lighting--my absolute favorite thing about your photographic eye! You nail it every time.

Blogger Laurence John said ... (3:56 PM) :

i dig this whole look.

anyone know who the jacket is by ?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:27 PM) :

I like the shrunken jacket, but my eye was more drawn to the guy behind him, with the paint-spatter-printed shirt. Very cool.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:17 PM) :

I also get Conan on my mind when I look at this pic. love it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:27 PM) :

Just silly.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:48 AM) :

This guy's clothing seems to match the character of his personality coming out in his face. Always interesting when a person's fashion does that. Makes for a great photo, and he must have a keen sense of self.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:08 PM) :

I'm having a hard time concentrating on his clothes because he is so gorgeous.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:22 AM) :

he stole my look! lol. u should take a picture of me sometime :D i heart yr blog! and yeah, i'm soooo goin to stockholm!
