Comments on "On The Street......42nd St., New York"
This guy just oozes cool and style
I like the stuffed double vest pockets. But is the vest navy?
he looks like tons of fun. could do without the west, and sart, are those moneyclips?
Wow - that's stylish casual Friday. Love the colour mix.
What's with the jammed pockets?
Furthermore, this gentlemen must get himself to a hatmaker for something bespoke. At least get a "fitted."
Try this (see "Make your hat look tight...not fit tight"):
Dreadlock hat information
Let the locks breathe, love,
mltt
the shoes..its all about the shoes (great patina!)
Such a mish mosh but he pulls it off so well. His smile is infectious!
take a good looking guy - let him rummage through his wardrobe in the dark (evidently) - luckily for him he is still a good looking guy.
i personally know the "model" in this ocation. and i must say T (as we call him) always carry a unique fun style!
"stylis casual friday"...what office do you work at. More silliness.
I'm blown away; this guy is the epitome of cool.
Excuse me, but is that a mobile he's carrying on his belt?
It's rather tacky, and ruins the whole outfit. Now the case is the only thing I can see. Eww!
I have no solid idea why ... but I really like it. I mean, it ostensibly shouldn't work, and yet it does.
now this i love.
something about the fit is really off, in theory the elements should work, but they are clashing here. the color of the vest doesn't seem to compliment the shorts. and the tie is kind of awkward, it seems forced. it would probably look better without it or in a deeper hue/different pattern.
He looks cool. I love the big belt buckle.
Love those beautiful, buttery shoes.
Wish I had his legs, too.
Well, it all sort of works. I'd ditch the shoes, though...
what is the deal with nyc style lately?
it looks like sf style...that's not a compliment.
i see nothing sartorial about his guy.
Love it all but the shoes.
i agree with garry - right idea but too sloppy
Very nice. I know this man (yes aka T) personally also...and whatever he puts on is sure to turn heads. The first time I met him he visually struck me and continues to do so.
too mother flippin' cool
Sart, I think these are the best shorts (male) you've shown all summer.
Cool.

T i LOVE ur STYLE
THE BELT...:] stylish...but it suits to....hmm...what do u think..?:)his own style mmm
the belt ...:)
I still maintain that no one can pull-off shorts in an elegant manner, case in point. Is that two differet shades of navy blue? I like his Burberry-inspired necktie if nothing else. That belt-buckle is a strange choice.
I do admire the gentleman's individualistic approach to styling his gear. I don't think the choice of all oversized elements is the most flattering for a handsome man who appears to have a tall and elegant frame, but as a total look it works... from the feet up.
Given the careful choices made with the rest of his attire, one wonders about those slouchy, loaf-of-bread shoes. Could it be that the shoes were gifted or found, as they don't appear to actually fit? Does the gentleman have a foot ailment that requires extra-comfy shoes? Would vintage black brogues (certainly not shiny new ones) look smarter with the ensemble?
I thought I might never say this in any circumstance, but I think even the dread rubber flip-flops would look better here.
Love the ensemble (except for the cell phone clipped to his belt-- at least, that's what it looks like)
But is that a bag of weed in his vest pocket??
i like his vibe but as far as his look... he could practice the good ol' fashion advice of taking one piece off before leaving the house. he'd look better without the belt buckle. also, the proportion of the shorts to the vest are horrible. the outfit would look better with longer shorts/pants.
is that a harley davidson belt? my goodness.
no...jesus, what is it? an owl? my goodness.
This guy is aweome.
He looks great! The waistcoat (I LOVE them!), the tie, the belt, the stuffed pockets, the shorts, the winning smile . . . all good.
I'm all about trying new things - but I feel sometimes styles get mashed together. Then instead of looking cool it looks jumbled. I like pieces of this guys look but not crazy about how its all put together. I like the shirt, tie and shorts not thrilled with the vest or the hat. It looks like he's casual but I feel if you wear the tie and vest your trying to say look its formal too. And it can't be both. If he wore the shirt, shorts and the loose tie it would look fine. He really doesn't need the vest. Or better yet wear that shirt some navy pants keep the shoes with no socks and thats a cool casual look.
Also if you going to wear a fun attention getting buckle loose the phone attached at the waist. I hate phones attached to the belt.
hat,glasses,tie,sleeve buttons,vest,pockets jammed,both wrists adorned,oversized belt buckle-
at some point more is less(than attractive)
What fun style he has!
something bad happened when I hit the belt... it looks out of place.
nice legs!
Very cool look! Great!
I love his look, but I doubt anyone less attractive could pull it off.
My, what a sexy man! However, I could definately do without the belt buckle...
I. for one, like the jammed vest pockets.
He's adorable and sexy, but suffers from accessories overload and looks a bit overdone. Lose the hat, tie, belt and the stuff in the pockets.
He looks great.. but I think the shoes throw the whole look off a little...
A different pair of slip-ons then he'd look even better. But I like what he's done overall.
I´m getting really sick seeing the Burberry check used everywhere.
Didn't know Andre 3000 was in The City right now.
super fly
One word comes to mind: COOL!
you know the mcdonald's tag line "i'm lovin it"? ditto. ;)
Love everything but the hat. It sits too high on his head and plus, the look works without it.
His outfit is a great "draft", but definitely need some editing. The vest material looks like it is a different weight/texture than the pants and shirt, and looks awkward with the shoes. Considering that he (like most of the others featured here) probably put this together from what was already in his closet, rather than shopping for a complete look, he did a good job!
He looks cool with an interesting mix of items. However, he has a bit too much going on in this ensemble. Furthermore, he looks like he left the house in his dad's or grandpa's slippers.
Well first of all, this gentleman is a very good friend and like this lady put it, yes he dos ooze cool. He keeps it fUzZY(C.C.P word for fly)!!!! He is what I would call a style kamikazi!! He does what he wants, when he wants. The number one thing when it comes to our particular dress code, is that the masses may not understand it, but who gives a flying ----. At the end of the day that man is a walking Morgage!!! That tie alone is probably worth your light bill, and he didn't have to sacrifice an bit of light to purchase it neither. But, not even prices, this outfit represents a rebirth of style. To many people get caught up in the fashion, until they forget what style is all about. And this picture right here is a clear representation of true style!!! Keep doing ya thing Terone(PEEPS GUNNA AS WE CALL HIM).
p.s. SCREW BRANDON!!!! YOU ARE THE TRUE JAMES HILLHOUSE 2004 BEST DRESSED AWARD WINNER!!!
From ya boy MZA A.K.A MILT-FRESH
KEEP the FuZz ALIVE!!!
:(
I think this guy looks like a nerd.
I know him... how cool! Well anyway his style is amazing. One of a Kind for sure thats all I have to say.
Snazzy!
As with some people on your blog, this guy's look's not for me, but I like that he has his own look. :-)
The tie just added a flair to that look, without it he'd look like an out of place Indiana Jones..
he looks like he has fun with mixin styles and with clothes. I love the glasses. Makes him look totally cool
The rolled sleeves matched with belt buckle and dreads, it's almost a tidy punk dean look!
ooh i love those shorts!!!
a great match with his vest
he is so much himself, it's great that some people actually dare to express themselves this way..
hooray to this guy for sure
