post a commentThis is one of the rare occasions when I can find no appealing feature on an entire outfit. In all fairness, though, I cannot make out for sure what is under the jacket.
Her legs are fabulous, but that is all I can say.
There we go with the socks again, a look I very much appreciate. Definitely an under rated accessory!
something here is just not quite right--she's trying a little too hard. and the shoes/socks combo really ruin it for me.

Very few people could pull off this look, but she does. Is she wearing pantyhose?? The skin on her legs has a sheen that none of her other skin has.
Doesn't do it for me, I'm afraid. Sartorialist, sometimes I swear you post stuff like this just to single out the yes-men.

Gasp! Killer Legs!
i know everyone is going to blech! her hose (she is wearing stockings, no?) but, i have to say they work for me somehow. actually, they would work even better if her shorts were just a little bit shorter and the belt was a little less chunky. it's a strange look but there's something there.
With legs like that, the only way to wear shorts!
Is that a skull buckle on her belt? And then pink bows on her shoes? I like the combination! It's clever and fun. Love the shorts, too.

the weather just makes her look under dressed, especially with the jacket, scarf, and socks. i'd like those pants in a different ensemble.
I agree with Belinda - not many could pull off this look but she's worked around her amazing legs and who can blame her? If I had legs like that, trousers would not have a place in my wardrobe!
Those are hose. Do you remember "Legg's" that came in an egg? I had to wear those for dance and they make your legs look amazingly tight. It seems as though a lot of effort went into this look- not sure if I dig it.
I think only the bows on the shoes are not pulling together with the rest of the outfit, which is great. Surprised by the number of thumbs down on this outfit. It's young and not the same old same old from the Sart. Great work.

This in my opinion, is fashion at it's wit's end.
It seems she is actually referencing the whole dance outfit thing, hose, socks, ponytail, hotpants, without being too Madonna 2006 about it.
I don't find being well-dressed is about getting everything right and she's just interesting to look at.
Its great to see personality and thought processes on people.
..and those legs comboed with hotpants simply makes sense!
