haha lol i think it's awesome. but i doubt it's a fashion statement, i just think she was shielding herself from the sun ;D
intentional fashion statement or not: I love her natural way, and why not wear your style pragmatically.
it IS all in the way she wears the hat, and i dont think she does it well.
she's very chic and laidback at the same time, funky but bon ton.love it!
