Hmmmm.......what exactly is it about this gentleman that caught your eye Sart?

Blogger Johan Loman said ... (5:13 AM) :

In the back of this guy wou have the conceptstore of the swedish brand "Cheap Monday" with the infamous cheap jeans...

Blogger Stratos Bacalis said ... (6:29 AM) :

Perfect! I'd love it also in black (trench), silvery grey (scarf), white (shirt) and black pinstripe (pants)! Yes, yo uguessed correctly, I did this too!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:04 AM) :

Wonderful scarf.

Blogger Butch said ... (7:40 AM) :

The most interesting thing here is, I think, the proportions--short coat, (over-) long trousers, scarf...all put together probably with less design than not, but pleasingly compatible.

PS, love the window display, with its--what?--snow?

Blogger DeepBlueSea said ... (8:57 AM) :

Very Stockholm isn't he? Ruthless...

Blogger ek said ... (10:05 AM) :

Is Stockholm a cycling city as well?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:09 AM) :

one word for stockholm fashion: refreshing! it doesn't hurt that everyone there is beautiful. i look forward to seeing more of your pics.

april 2007 has come and gone -- any idea when the women's sartoriaList and the shopping guide be gracing our computer screens?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:09 AM) :

Looks like an international man of mystery to me. I think it's his expression. Kind of mysterious with the raised eyebrow and the trench (which I dig, by the way).

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:54 PM) :

Yes, good.

Well groomed, clear eyed, confident.

The short coat, slim trousers, together speak of Scandanavian fashion.

Good, casual, democratic style.

I would like to learn of some of the local designers there.

I need to know how to tie a scarf like that. Is there a name for that type of knot (or tying method, whatever you call it?) I'm addicted to law and order reruns and see that angie harmon always wears her scarf like that in the outdoor scenes.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:51 PM) :

That scarf is amazing. Well done!

Blogger Admin said ... (3:11 PM) :

nice scarf but is it really that cold in Stockholm?

Blogger Miss Pau said ... (3:38 PM) :

I'm so happy you went to Germany, I'm from Argentina looking forward to going there next year and I'm finding great inspiration in your pictures!

Blogger Miss Pau said ... (3:39 PM) :

One more: you should come to Argentina!

Blogger Ali B. said ... (5:05 PM) :

Velcro pant cinchers? I like it...

Blogger Miss Shades said ... (5:29 PM) :

i love the colour scheme in his jacket, although nothing matches. it's wonderful!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:30 PM) :

Was kind of cold today despite the sun. In Stockholm, the wheather normally goes bad for the weekend :-)

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (11:00 PM) :

Perfect look all around. Is he another bicyclist? His pant legs are rubber banded.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:07 AM) :

Booooooring!

In Stockholm, this is exactly how you dress to not stand out of the crowd of the upper class idea of fashion. Mainstream. There is just nothing personal about it!!! I am disappointed in you, The Staorialist. I expected more from you.

If you want interesting fashion with a personal touch, go to Copenhagen! The danes are far moor cool and personal than the pale Stockholmers.
