Lovely Lady with style ...

Blogger will anderson said ... (9:33 AM) :

she's very modern. maybe a bit smaller bag and some edgier shoes would have punched this up a bit. she's very beautiful.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:38 AM) :

I love the dress, and I love the bag, but it's it a little large for the evening? Either way she looks great

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:46 AM) :

I'm curious...what does she have in that enormous bag? Sleek, Clean and Fresh. She looks like she's ready to have some fun.

Blogger Stratos Bacalis said ... (10:00 AM) :

Great style! She will be a hit at the LV event!

Blogger Hebden said ... (10:27 AM) :

I'm hoping that she has a smaller bag stashed inside the large one and is going to leave the large bag at the door...sadly I don't think that is the case.

I'm usually a fan of oversized bags, I just don't think it works in this instance.

Nice Dress!

Amanda ♥

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:36 AM) :

I want that dress! Where oh where to find it! :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:09 AM) :

The best looking bag lady I´ve ever seen.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:17 AM) :

the bag is too big for this dress

Blogger JO said ... (11:18 AM) :

LOVE HER DRESS! I want it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:19 AM) :

oh my god. Perfect dress. beautiful

Blogger spring flowers said ... (11:37 AM) :

for some reason I don't feel the shoes fit that dress. Both are lovely, just not together.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:58 AM) :

She is exquisite -- that dress is really very classically lovely and could be from any era of good taste. Timeless. Beautiful.

But am I the only one who wonders about the enormous bags lately in vogue? Granted, hers is gorgeous. But why does it need to be so large? She could climb into it, use one of the several changes of clothes she must surely be carrying in there, and come back out as a different woman!

Blogger siongc said ... (12:32 PM) :

The epitome of elegance. She exudes effortless grace with a simple dress and only a few well-chosen accessories.

Blogger The Sartorialist said ... (1:15 PM) :

Again, lets remember this is reality
This young lady works for Vuitton and had just come from the office to the party early to check arrangements. It is quite possible she either didn't keep that bag during the event or didn't hold any bag for the event because she had work to do at the event. That is the reality

Blogger Unknown said ... (2:06 PM) :

This dress is amazing in its simple design. I really like the color panels.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:15 PM) :

love the dress, not so sure about the shoes! She looks hotttt!!!

Blogger phoenix said ... (4:45 PM) :

She looks perfect - the dress, the shoes, the pulled back hair and the long, dangly earrings. So pretty too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:35 PM) :

Thanks for the baggy clarification, Sart! That helps. And please please please keep finding the people you photograph for us. A visit to your site is both luxury (like with a very good coffee table book) and education (but with the best of prof and the most educated of student discussions). I really appreciate it.

Blogger Carolina Lange said ... (6:27 PM) :

She looks so good, beautuful dress (love the colors), great pair of shoes, sweet smile!

Blogger Unknown said ... (6:52 PM) :

I think the cute shoes are by Charles David...I would have preferred some color in them

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:11 PM) :

The essence of NYC chic.

Blogger benson said ... (7:27 PM) :

just came from the office? wow, she looks so...clean..so freshly showered :) I look a mess after a day's work, I'm afraid.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:02 PM) :

When you're getting dressed for a party, this is exactly how you want to end up looking: chic, sexy, fashionable, elegant, pretty.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:31 PM) :

Who cares about the bag....she's absolutely gorgeous.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:04 PM) :

Love the dress, love the shoes and love the bag! Personal style is all about doing your own thing! So what if the bag is big? She dared to do it and that my friends is why her photo made it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:53 PM) :

I would love to look this fresh and lovely after a day in the office!!!

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (12:57 AM) :

OMG, she is gorgeous! And I absolutely love that dress. Is it from Louis Vuitton??

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:35 AM) :

But isn't that a large YSL muse bag?
Why would a louis girl have . Maybe I didn't get a good look at it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:18 AM) :

just came from the office? Oh god I have so much to learn...

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:01 AM) :

Absolutely inspirational. Thanks, Sart. And thank you to the woman in the image. It's nice to see a strapless dress look so professional. I live in Arizona and the heat procludes even the slightest layering.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:36 PM) :

Somebody please tell me where I can find that dress! Gorgeous

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:47 PM) :

Where where where can I find that dress? She's gorgeous

Blogger franki durbin said ... (3:18 PM) :

First question, what bag is this? the YSL Muse?

But next...how can anyone find fault with perfection? Sure we can nitpick any outfiut, but her overall look is sophisticated chic, while still looking very approachable. She looks grand!

If anyone can confirm the origins of her bag I'd be delighted to know! :)

Reminds me of the LV Alma in silhouette...but I'm guessing it's the YSL Muse or the Horizontal Lockit in Epi.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:15 PM) :

She looks great. Who made this beautiful dress. I want it!

Blogger Mayne_Que said ... (9:09 PM) :

She's carrying a LV Suhali Lockit in Noir.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:12 PM) :

very simple and elegant. for those curious posters, i think that bag is a suhali lockit.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:16 AM) :

On second look it isn't a YSL muse. The base of the muse is not that large. It's some hideous Louis bag (sorry I just hate Louis for no particular reason).

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (8:04 AM) :

Simple and elegant - beautiful.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:18 AM) :

This woman is Sandra Mariniello, one of LV North America's top exec's. She's Darling!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:10 PM) :

she is in head to toe vuitton.

Blogger Tiger said ... (2:50 AM) :

Love the dress. Just love it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:49 AM) :

She, and everything about her look lovely. For those of you wondering about the large size bag, as a professional woman, I can tell you the larger bags are great for throwing in both your work and personal items without having to carry a handbag and a briefcase. Case in point, I can fit 3-4 files of legal documents in my Muse and still have a nice streamlined look. Perfect for doing a little work at home after putting the kids to bed.

Sart..keep up the wonderful work...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:21 PM) :

forget the dress, this women is amazing.. mature, fresh.. what an amazing and beautiful madame... it leaves me desire-filled thoughts :)

Blogger DK said ... (7:56 PM) :

Have mercy...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:41 AM) :

very knit style !

good job with her hair and shoes
