Comments on "On the Street..... Cute Dress in a Tough Neighborhood, Hamburg"
Is that the Rote Flora in the background? Hamburg is a fun city.
Like Ice Cream on a Hot Stove... Great Shot Sart!
Ehm.. "Tough Neigbourhood"? My apartment is about 50 metres away from where that photo was taken and I would call the neigbourhood everything but tough. It's covered with nice restaurants, cafes, shops and advertising agencies. The few punks that hang out there might mix it up a bit, but do certainly not make the area even slightly tough.
Anyways. Sorry for the somewhat off-topic comment. =)
So Lily Allen!
not sure how I feel about the shoes though...
oh no. that neighbourhood isn't tough at all!! But the dress definitely is cute ♥ I really love the pictures you take of my fellow Germans...
wow great picture!!
one of the bests
Cute dress! And pockets!!!
interesting how the dress has little pockets on the side; nice detail.
For some reason, I get the impression that she's not the type who would be caught dead in a dress, much less a pink one. But the fact that she is, is totally cool. :-)
the composition/background/colors in this photo are so well done... the background is especially interesting...
and the clothes look good too :)
I can appreciate the superposition of a look like this against this background, but I think she's a little bit pale to wear a dress of that colour.
nice dress!!!
nice color
She wears this sundress the way it should be worn, no cleavage popping up which seems to be all over the place here.
She looks darling.

this look is a little too 'lily allen' for my taste. Not original at all.
I can't remember any of the street names in Germany so my titles have been a little weird lately - so your right it probably is a nice neighborhood.
i lived in germany for years and maybe i didn't notice it then, but since when did everyone become so grouchy?
the stylish-ness is there (as you can see from the pics) but is it really that difficult to crack a smile?
The black dyed hair and fringe cut seem to be endemic in Germany.
I like it; somewhat school girlish, somehow devilish, the cut is, for better or worse, a pleasant change from the uninspired long, straight hair styles seen throughout most of Europe these days.
This lady has on a simple sun dress and has had the good taste to leave it unadorned.
Nothing particularly interesting about this presentation but it is certainly attractive on her and she is attractive in it.
Simplicity with minimum effort, touched off by fashion sunglasses. Well done.
Her creamy white skin needs a touch of sun and I am sure that she will be off to the sunny shores of the Mediterranean this Summer.
I wonder where the Northern Germans like to vacation in particular?
Awesome fringe!
And pockets on a pretty summer frock come in very handy indeed!
It's more delicate than Lily Allen, but just perfect for summer- breezy and pretty without being sloppy. Lovely.
pockets!!!! grafiti!!! picture=new background. i love you, mr. sartorialist.
aaww,she's got the look!
Great photo!
A more feminine version of Lily Allen but the blunt black hair gives the look a similar edge.
Is this turning into a graffiti blog?
brilliant colors, fantastic spot for a photograph. lovely subject too.
Well executed, Sart! There's nothing to distract and all is complimentary, including the yellow tape. Good energy.
I really enjoy these mixed informations, bringing some lightness to a very urban sight.
nice contrast!
ooooh the lilly allen looks become international....
Beautifully intense contrasts of texture and color. This dress accentuates her wide shoulders - interesting and bold, but perhaps not the most flattering effect.
I too think that's the Rote Flora... this area is the student/leftist area
the rote flora! my band played there once. great place and great area of hamburg. loved it.
