The Noon Parade, Ostermalm, Stockholm

I have no idea why they do it or the historical significance but I do know it looked pretty cool.

Looks like the Mounted Royal Guards. They formed in the beginning of the 18th century and the tradion still lives on.

Hi Sart! It´s the changing of the guards on their way to the palace. This happens everyday at noon during the summer. Hope you enjoyed Sthlm and welcome back.

It is the changing of the guards at the royal castle! They ride from the stables in Östermalm to the royal castle in Gamla Stan.
