Apart from the nice color of the scarf, and her curly hair this outfit is not good.
From the three shades of yellow in her outfit(skirt, bag, scarf,)to the tacky belt rapped around her shirt, to the cell phone hung around her neck...yuck
and i agree with editor, what is with the winter scarf with the mini? If you want to wear a scarf with summery clothes why not wear a something silky or light?
THIS IS ITALY. American women who prefer this look can never pull it off because they would imagine legs like hers look too "big" and hair like hers too "messy". If you live in Florida and you know what I mean--any woman here who tried to be "natural" but still have a sort of modern. "logo" style gets the scoff. Fake boobs and highlights need only apply.

Now that looks like an Italian girl!
I like the colors and she has lovely hair and a great smile. However, the skirt length does not compliment her legs. I think she would look much better is something just a few inches longer, rather than a mini.

She has a beautiful body and a beautiful face. But I don't necessarily LOVE the look. It reminds me of the (excuse my language) ghetto look that are so popular among girls in certain NYC neighborhood. All she's missing are big hoop earrings.
That said, this look many translate better in Italy where sex and sexuality are more apparent. Look at Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, etc. They sell really sexy images.
No offense, but she looks like an American tourist (or a student.) Or both.

This woman seems to be very happy and looks so sexy. I imagine she would look that way no matter what she was wearing. In fact, I would love to see her without the scarf. The scarf with the mini looks fab- the scarf adds flavour to the funky mini.
And cell phones around the neck- lets just say it isn't something i recommend you do. It looks baaaaad.
Overall, the yellow scarf brings out her dark hair, tanned skin and gorgeous smile. It works :)
