Hah! Looks like she doesn't care, but is perfectly co-ordinated: shoes to coat, hat to skirt, and then the green bag makes her look just like a crocus!

I love the contrast of the bright dress with the drab, wintery pieces. i'm not sure anyone but her could pull that off though.
i like the artistry and symbolism of the photo but i really don't like the outfit asthetically. but.. some mornings, why not go for the artistry!
