stylish men...
Really interesting trousers bottom detail on man with the dog

When I was in Paris in January, I wasn't blown away by the women, but the men! much more creative than the gals and there was a general SWAGGER about them.

Blogger whyioughtta said ... (8:21 PM) :

The man with the dog is one of the most stylish yet. And he has a great smile.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:38 PM) :

Wow, these completely remind me of Bourgeouis Baroque genre scenes. Absolutely beautiful, and the dog is a wonderfully quirky touch.

Blogger s.212 said ... (9:58 PM) :

I love the red polka dot scarf.
The first picture almost looks like a scene from an old classic movie :)

Blogger Janets Planet said ... (10:18 PM) :

Go ascot-to, I think he'll know.

Like the pant detail on the last one.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:33 PM) :

What gentleman does not look excellent with a dachshund?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:50 AM) :

The second photograph, it's probably my favorite you have taken during the whole past few months of shows. Their style is so creative but so classic, and even slightly nostalgic. But I think it's very directional. And very exciting. You could maybe cite Thom Browne's work showing some prescience here.

Blogger Bel said ... (3:49 AM) :

beautiful beautiful beautiful men. stylish with such ease. the photo of the two men with the dog is great - love the trousers worn by the man with the dog.

Blogger Zach said ... (9:32 AM) :

Don't miss the socks of the man on the left in the top photo.

Blogger Danielle said ... (12:47 PM) :

I think that second one might be my favorite one you've ever taken. Wow, that's lovely!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:22 PM) :

the second picture looks like very expensive stylish men, but did you see the "clochard" in the back?
this picture is a reaction on society! makes it all painfully clear ! i almost would say, welldone !

Blogger chalkboards said ... (9:47 AM) :

Both of these pictures are amazing. Nice shots.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:03 PM) :

How insane is it that I've never been to Paris, nor did I read the title of this post but still knew that the second shot with the dog HAD to be from Paris?

The photo, Sart, exudes what Paris is about (or at least a big part of it).

mltt

Man with the Dog gets a look like Prada's Trousers ...
The other really look like Stefano Pilati ...
The Family Photo is perfect !!!
Small Teckel with tow Parisians rue St Ho' !

Blogger designerman said ... (10:55 PM) :

Love. This. Picture...

Perfection...

Blogger designerman said ... (11:33 PM) :

Just to clarify. When I said Best. Picture. Ever. I meant the 2 guys and the dog. The cut of the coats, the silhouette of the dachshund, the tilt of the hat. Perfection.

Blogger ad said ... (7:58 AM) :

gorgeous look!
love the pant details with the shoes.
Bravo Paris

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:08 PM) :

i'm sorry, but the dachshund def steals the attention away from the men in this picture (as most tend to do with their fiery personality). i think he deserves due credit as well; we can all plainly see the reason they're wearing that color coat is because they want to mirror his wirey brownish-grey one ;)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:10 PM) :

The man with the dog and his whole look is priceless.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:59 AM) :

I love a well-dressed older guy. One of my many downfalls.

Blogger s t a r m | s t said ... (2:53 AM) :

the first picture, the guy on the right is an actor :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:34 PM) :

...of course they are so stylish! do you know who is the man with the dog? If I say Prada? Any ideas?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:21 AM) :

doggie is the cutest by far. loved the style of the man on the right side.

Blogger oStelios said ... (10:28 AM) :

Elliott Erwitt comes to my mind ;)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:17 PM) :

The Men on the top look so elegant...I like the blue socks of the left one and the colours of their mantles.

Blogger Luuworld said ... (1:21 AM) :

the guy on the left on the second picture is not Stefano Pilati. He's name is Stefano Cantino and he does work for Prada. Back in 2004 he was in charge of Church's Shoes(Prada Group) worldwide.

Blogger papaandthebird said ... (10:45 PM) :

I just love the dachshund!! He really finishes the picture, making it playful and fitting perfectly into the color scheme, as if it were adapted to his fur! Such chic and classy dogs...
