I think the stylishness of this look comes from the fact that it's really quite a plain outfit: jeans, tee, biker jacket, heels - the classic building blocks of rock chick - but she makes it look tough and easy at the same time.

Simple and fabulous. It's an example how you can work the ubiquitous look (skinnies, heels and cropped leather jacket) and STILL make it your own without overegging it with fancy accessories.
P.S. I think her jeans are Lee, model Norma - a massive hit in UK 2005/2006. Best cut for skinny jeans in that price range.
