I am very moved by your story about Avner on style.com

He always manages to look so sharp, so clean, without any stuffiness. It's remarkable. Great capture!

Blogger Stratos Bacalis said ... (4:38 AM) :

Great all grey look but the hand must never ever go into a jacket's pocket....it spoils the shape of the jacket big time.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:29 AM) :

Without the tassels on the scarf, this outfit would have been conventional and nondescript. It's all in the details.

Please all go to the part of Satorialist on style.com

Mr Avner is fantastic, I hope that you will have more coffees with this beautiful person Scott and thanks for sharing this moment with us.

How refreshing and natural specially when you put Mr.Stefano tonchi next to Mr Avner.

Very nice scarf! And he knows how to wear it!

Smart, smart, smart. I love the scarf and am starting to really dig monochrome looks (as long as there's some interest and texture like this).

another industry insider. Ho hum.

Half the time, I have no idea who these people are, especially the menswear posse. But I know them now!
I have to tell ya, as a woman, I've never been that into menswear. Last week, I bought my first men's fashion magazine. Thanks, Sart!

Blogger Butch said ... (9:50 AM) :

This is really--well, I think the word is beautiful. The scarf and its use is almost moving...to me, at any rate. Bravo to him!

stefano is molto elegante.

And we're looking at this because...(aside from the NYT factor).

Every time you post a photo of this guy, I rather wish I were married to him.

Blogger Susanna said ... (2:52 PM) :

His hairstyle is what I find interesting. It sets the tone for the outfit.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:10 PM) :

scarf is amazing - fit of the jacket isn't great.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:16 PM) :

So, so stylish. The tassles on the scarf are the coup de grace. Great shots of men recently, Sart.

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (5:20 PM) :

I love the scarf on Mr. Tonchi. It gives his otherwise, simple suit a burst of excitment and style. Bravo!!

I am a firm believer in simplicity with a twist. Not a fan a burst-out funky hipness. It only makes you look like you're trying too hard.

I read the piece at Style.com. Who is Mr. Avner?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:24 PM) :

Hey Guys, off topic.
I WAS READING THIS WEEKEND GQ MAGAZINE AND COME ACROSS THE SAT PAGE ABOUT THE UNJQUE POCKET SQUARE AND SAT WAS TALKING ABOUT POCKET SQUARE FROM MOMA DESIGN I TRIED TO FIND IT ONLINE AND SO FAR NOTHING. HEY SAT CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO FIND IT? OR HOW HOW TO FIND NICE POCKET SQUARE ONLINE ON GREAT DEAL?
THANKS GUYS

Stefano is the most dignified dresser on the planet next to Prince Charles, whom he resembles slightly.
