I love Ai!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:10 PM) :

Looks like you weren't the only photog after her. She must be a professional model.

Blogger Susan B said ... (6:15 PM) :

Oh. wow. Just fantastic!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:33 PM) :

I really love the look but it's cold right now and I don't get the choice of shoes!
Anyway I'm still curious about the kind of camera you use when you take the pictures.

Awful coat. It looks so awkward!

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (11:29 PM) :

Love, love, love Ai Tominaga! I got a chance to meet her a couple seasons ago during the New York Fashion Week. She was absolutely beautiful and radiant.

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (11:30 PM) :

P/S> She's in the current Banana Republic print ad.

Blogger fashion in theory said ... (12:10 AM) :

She's beautiful! And the jacket is phenomenal - makes the outfit shine.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:51 AM) :

Ai Tominaga looks gorgeous

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:37 AM) :

thats ali tomiaagagan something..totally misspelled. she's one of the top asian models. probably the first.

Blogger lindsayp said ... (2:50 AM) :

I literally gasped. So beautiful. Unexpected combination, but breathtaking.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:41 AM) :

Wow -- more stylish Asians please! I want to give her a pair of tights though.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:29 AM) :

Sexy minx - it's not what she's wearing so much as the way she wears it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:42 AM) :

was that ai tominaga?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:21 AM) :

is she Du Juan?

Blogger Stratos Bacalis said ... (7:18 AM) :

She's gorgeous! Is she a model? She's the spitting image of a Jason Wu Fashion Royalt doll I have ordered!

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (9:08 AM) :

Ooooh, the silver and brown look beautiful together!

Blogger Carolina Lange said ... (11:56 AM) :

Great shoes!!!

Blogger MrWong said ... (1:13 PM) :

Clunky shoes! Just throws of the balance?

Reminds me of men wearing chunky or square (not chiseled) toe shoes - IMO just bad.

Otherwise wow. But if she wasn't so wow the whole ensemble just wouldn't float...

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (1:49 PM) :

Ai Tominaga isn't working as much as she used to. She was at the peak of her modeling career a couple years ago. But glad to see her around.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:04 PM) :

Wow, nice to see an Asian. Very elegant and sophisticated, simple and classy. And love the coat, not a lot of people could pull off that look but she does and rocks it.

I think thesartorialist explains his camera equipment here, muyteey:

Wo ai Ai!

[Chinese for "I love Ai." Coincidentally, her name means love in both Chinese and Japanese. She proves it: ASIANS GIRLS GOT IT!]

Blogger ilovesecondhandsmoke said ... (10:50 PM) :

Ai Tominaga!

The iconic Japanese model mom!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:08 PM) :

perfection

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:33 AM) :

classic YSL shoes from Tom Ford Era. Ai is breathtaking. Love it and her!!!

Blogger Unknown said ... (2:58 PM) :

Could she be an more chic? Unbelievable.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:40 PM) :

She is gorgeous and has great style. Can people please refrain on mentioning someone's ethnicity if they are not white? It's trying! Generalisations are still generalisations even if they are positive!

Blogger La Principessa said ... (4:48 PM) :

Beautiful. Everything. Tuileries can be so stark, but it's always so beautiful as well! I wish I was there, using it as a canvas for my (admittedly inferior) clothing.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:59 PM) :

She's so beautiful that it hardly matters what shes's wearing. Looks a bit cold for that weather and I'd wear different shoes.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:35 PM) :

i would kill to be her. she looks so breathtakingly gorgeous, + with such ease. plus the shoes are spectacular.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:05 AM) :

Ai is SUPER CHIC. So natural.
