Esp. love the 1st, 3rd and 4th looks.

1st look: Fabulous jacket. And great photography, Sart. The blond hair contrasts extremely well with the low light background. This is so editorial, in terms of technique.

3rd look: OMG, love the color and haircut on her. Pixie has never looked so good.

4th look: Is that Audrey Tautou? Fabulous shoes and bag! A little sparkle of luxury is the way to go, ladies. Never over accessorize! It just looks gaudy.

That group of people look really really stylish in a very American way. Are they american?

Am I missing something or is there a decided lack of congruency to these outfits? Usually you take pictures of outfits that have a message. I am failing to see the message in these.

That family!!! I haven´t seen such a nice group of people in a long time. They all look so...tall and perfect.Women with great shoes, very nice coats and bags. Men classic with a little twist.
A color coordinated family indeed.
Nice.

That green coat is smashing, as is the woman wearing it. She looks so fresh, vital and capable. I wish I could wear that green.

Wow - great set of photos. I love Green Coat Lady - she is beautiful, the coat and the shoes are wonderful but the best thing is her hair - it's fantastic!

Question - Mobile Phone Talker... is that a hat or hair?!

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (10:25 AM) :

In the group photo, the couple on the left looks very American (the woman's hair gave it away) and the couple (3rd & 4th from the left) are not (the woman's hair gave it away).

The young woman on the right could go either way.

I could be wrong! Just a guess! :-)

oh, i love the hair and the style of the girl in the green coat! It's just so simple and so cool!

Great photos! The first is so beautiful, that jacket is amazing! Love the last look too!

phil spector was at marni?!

Blogger Carolina Lange said ... (11:43 AM) :

P.S. The 4th look is really beautifull too, the coat, the shoes, her smile!

is it just me, or are purses/bags getting bigger and uglier than ever? some of these actually made me guffaw - especially the one on the right in the group shot near the top.

the shot of the "rock star" and "agent" in the next to the last shot also made me laugh. great looks. very iconic.

and yes, the pixie cut works for the young lady.

Blogger Sophia said ... (12:42 PM) :

I love the fourth woman's look -- the subtle contrast of the quilted bag against the patterned coat, the monochrome attire with the punch of bronze in the shoes, all lovely.

Blogger Elizabeth said ... (1:10 PM) :

I could never drum up the guts to wear Marni. I love seeing people who do.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:40 PM) :

The pixie with the green coat is my favorite. I love how she paired the look with lighter colored peeptoe shoes too! And that ridiculously gargantuan bag the young lady on the right in the group shot is wearing? Ouch!

Blogger Susan B said ... (2:36 PM) :

Serious coat envy here. C'mon LA retailers, you know we also need coats in the winter...get with the program and lose the row after row after row of solid black.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:44 PM) :

i LOVE the last look....the blue windbreaker jacket is great with her ensemble. And the coat in the third pic is great.

Blogger Icy said ... (7:11 PM) :

I agree, the green coat is the real standout. Love it, and the photos.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:22 PM) :

woah, is that the marni baloon bag in #2? it's enormous!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:05 PM) :

The septum ring on no. 5 is the best detail in the whole set.

Blogger Anastasia said ... (8:35 AM) :

oh wow wow!!
amazing photos!!!
such a variety but FAB style!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:51 PM) :

This is a parade of awesome coats!

The green coat is one of my favorite looks posted thus far - so fresh and clean. And seasonal - the coat is warm, but the green and the peep toe say that spring's right around the corner.

The second last picture, the person with the white pants. SHE'S GOT A WOOL TARTAN SCARF AROUND HER WAIST!!! Woah!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:58 PM) :

could anyone tell me who the shoes of the girl on the very far left in the second photo are? thank you!

Blogger Bel said ... (10:14 PM) :

I want every single one of those coats.....GIMME GIMME!!!!!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:25 AM) :

The girl in the green coat could cause trafic accidents. I love it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:34 PM) :

I absolutely love the asian woman in the green coat - her hair cut is hot too!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:14 PM) :

I like the green coat

Blogger Unknown said ... (12:42 AM) :

*drool* The green coat...the pixie haircut...the amazing cohesion with the pale colour of her sweater and her peep toes. IT'S TOO MUCH!

F.Y.I. The woman in green coat is a fashion editor from W magazine Korea. She indeed is stunning.
