Great article! Congrats, you deserve it! I love your site!
wonderful piece... u deserve the positive press... your blog sets the standard..... ;-) sensational!
Great article.
But, um . . . smile! You have a lot to smile about.
(Also, I had no idea that was Bill Cunningham in the 'funnyface' shot. No reason to know, I guess, here in Portland. But it makes that photo incredibly funny)
congratulations, you really ARE a great photographer!!
I loved the article also! Nice work!
Stay sharp!
You have the best site. It is fantastic.

Great article, congratulations! And, I am completely giddy that I have a degree of separation from you as I used to work for the same company as your wife. Hee!
Congratulations on the lovely article, and on all the recent success!
same as above! You are truly inspirational.
Congrats, Scott! Very nice piece!
(Also happy to learn that we're about the same height: shorter loves company....)
Congrats! Your site is fantastic, and you look great in front of the camera!
Here, let me help you with your buttons.
Great photo of you, as well as article! Kudos!
What a great story! From fashion observer to full-fledged participant. Your photos just exude personality and life. They appear so natural and unforced, just a moment in time captured on the street. And Anna Wintour (with smile!) has never looked lovelier.
I hope, despite all your other Conde Nast gigs, that you'll keep the original Sartorialist site for those of us who've been followers from the beginning.
Fantastic work, Scott!

way to go scott! always eager for more!
once again, congrats, sart! i've been following your site from the very beginning and knew this would be a success. i wish you all the very best.

You are utterly adorable and soulful. Bravo on your latest series of achievements. You bring real beauty to the world.
Quite nice, very well deserved. It's obvious the author has respect and affinity for you. aw
Very nice. Because of you're great work, I know there are many like me who can't go a day without looking at your site.
I can't help but notice you're following the preppy trend of wearing your button-down collar unbuttoned...
Beautiful article! I love how spontaneous your journey has been! So unplanned, untaught and yet so passionately gorgeous. You are obviously blessed with an excellent eye for fashion and colours. Keep it up!
congratulations! loved the anecdote about roitfeld! i can totally picture it.

Oh the Nice Unbutonned Button Shirt !!!!! Very JFK !!!
my god! the sartorialist is a man!
you really deserve it. you get it more than fashion editors do -- the street inspiration is the inspiration of everyday people, not the pedestal formed from fashion magazines.
and might i add, you are such a dapper gentleman.
Congrats, matey!!!
*sigh*
Like we don't already have enough straight man working in fashion!
*roll eyes*
yay! that was such a nice article!
Great article, Sart. Love the way you just went for it. As they say fortune favors the bold.
great article. you deserve the praise -- and the high profile work. my only advice for staying fresh and important (at least to everyone I know) is please give equal coverage to non-insiders. please give us more pictures of every day new york.
Great article, and I'm glad you're getting the recognition- you deserve it. Good for you.
And it looks like some of us were mistaken in the assumption that Claudia and Isabel are twins :)
Congratulations. Keep going. You deserve it.
Great article -- congratulations!
Congrats! You definetly deserve it!
“He’s the elegant voyeur of just people on the street,” said Michael Hainey, deputy editor of GQ, which has signed Mr. Schuman as a contributing editor with a monthly photo-essay page entitled, naturally, “The Sartorialist.”
I am afraid the Hainey used the word, "voyeur", in a wrong context... I understand where he is coming from, but I am afraid to say that word means someone who enjoys observing people in a sexual way.
I am happy for you that they wrote such a nice article. How does it feel to be famous? ;-)
Wow, super! Congrats.
scott,
You deserve all the press you get. You have dotted my mornings with beauty in the pictures you take.
You are able to beautifully capture a circle of time and people in a complex medium.
Thank you so much. If I ever get the opportunity to thank you in person (as I might, considering I live in NYC) - you should brace yourself for a bear hug!
Thank you and congrats on the good press!

nice to see you on the other side of the lens for once. the piece is great--and well deserved. thanks for being such an inspiring window to the individuality of style.
...and he's cute too!
Again, you look like Lance Armstrong, however, you are dressed superbly!
so cute i have a huge crush on you.
i just read your article...
Nice job!
Nice article, Scott. Congratulations!
Congrats! Great article!
Sart,
You take really good photographs as everyone knows.
We all love Bill but in my opinion he is more of a traditional journalist like James Brady.
You come from the business side and I think that gives you a special take on things that I enjoy so much.
Just keep on doing what you are doing.
sometimes we choose to make an aspect of our attire "off", deviating from the norm. I personally love the unbuttoned button-down and think it should be hailed as a personal fashion statement, not a flaw (as some of the other comments have suggested).
you have such beautiful, piercing eyes.
wow.
love your eyes.
and your pics too.
My name is Blanca, and I think you are the best!!!
Bravo y ADELANTE
