Comments on "At Pitti Uomo...Pink Scarf"
He might be this or that sartorially but above all he's hot.
Love how his pink/salmon scarf plays up his tan shoes... adore the look!
well groomed indeed. yet still rugged...pink scarf and all. love the way of the brown shoes stand out...
I like this look; understated, but with a burst of sharp colour. The antique chestnut oxfords look beautiful.
Great style and hot guy too! I saw this look in the Netherlands trip, especially in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
This is very nice--particularly like the slimness of it all; the coat, even though buttoned while the guy is seated, still seems to fit nicely....
I like the spot of green on his tie but do not like the bangle on his wrist. Overall, he's well done though.
Nice.
mltt
what's up with the over-groomed metrosexual comment?
clearly the anti-leggings antwerp cop has messed with your head.
It's a great photo - I just have difficulty looking at anyone holding/smoking a cigarette. (I live in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - LOCATED WAY WAY NORTH OF SEATTLE, WASHINGTON)
I like the scarf and the shoes!
The little knotted bracelet on his right wrist adds individuality to his look and makes him look comfortable in his skin. I like it.
This guy is sooooooooo sexy! Love his shoes and scarf.
Really nice look, but that cigarette ruins the whole thing. All I could think of is that this otherwise good-looking and beautifully groomed man must reek of stale smoke, and it is in his clothing, hair, and skin. Unfortunately, he only looks good from a distance; up close and personal -- yuck!
he's quite hot! not hotter than my husband tho! I like his overall look! A+++
sharp!
A dandy...a flanneur. There's a great word for this guy in Spanish: senorito. He's fabulous.
Is that a suit? I am guessing yes.
Is it black? Again, I'm thinking yes.
If so, I appreciate the brown shoes (although a bit more rugged than I would have chosen). Another example that the "Style Guy" Glenny O. knows what he's talking about when he says that brown lace-ups can be pulled off with everything.
i like the slim fit. trousers look great
i often wear chesnut shoes with a black suit and in the past people have given me grief for it... nice to see someone else doing it with such style.
come on Sart, what the hell is this all about...who knows what is accidental or intended...the comments all tend towards speculation of considered style and character. He looks good, but is this 'a look' or just how things fell together...get a grip everyone!
this man is very, very, very sexy. Sophisticated clothes and a slightly arrogant/annoyed air - makes me go weak at the knees!
pink scarf pink socks, but he doesn't know
moreno
I agree with the well groomed comment. If he was part of that poor 'metrosexual thing' he wouldn't look as good as he does!
"Over-groomed metrosexual"? What does that mean?
dear sart;
the men you click are aaaaaaaaaalways right... one more sartorial gentleman...
hey, you must take some pics in brazil!!! we have sartorial peoples, too!!!
I love European men. Exactly the reason why I married one. My German husband is a vision of sharp dressed, handsome, and amazing manners, great glasses, *and* an accent. :)
Love your blog, this is great!
what exactly is an overgroomed metrosexual?
He looks like european royalty.
he was my professor when i studied abroad last spring!! he always looked great
I could kick myself in the a**. I bought a beautiful pink cashmere scarf, and didn't have the nerve to wear it, so I donated it to Goodwill.
This guy looks stylish, yet fashionable. There is a difference. Very Euro-cool, and relaxed. Europeans have less hangups about how their gender-association is perceived by others.
I'm going to buy another pink scarf.
