On the Street.......The Young Romantic, London

The guy in the bowler hat reminded me of this shot I had taken in London and had not yet posted.

This has a very nice fallen-angel aspect, see the cig and slight scowl on the otherwise golden-headed cherub.

Love the little jabot-y thing, the layering, and the jeans, yet another hint of lower depths...

His face conveys a devilish innocent look... I like the polka dot accent.

The ouftfit is great. i love the combinations of black and grey and the materials, the accessories...but his body tyoe is not well suited to the different lenghts and layering. If I was him, I;d go more minimal and streamline it better.

Before I read the caption, I was like "Another Sophisticate Goth!"

Indeed, there's a resemblance in terms of the stylistics.

He's cute cuz he's so obviously in need of sun but I know he's rockin' it cuz it's part of his whole "deal," you know? I like the thingie (ascot?) around his neck.

I am completely hooked on your site.

I like the black palette against his very blond hair, I think pale blondes can pull off the all black pseudo goth wardrobe better than many. I'm betting his bookshelf includes Proust, Celine, Comte de Lautremonte...

A cravat! A cravat! With a pin! How regency.

Androgyny as only London could do it.

Great photo. Interesting and compelling fellow. This short jacket style reminds of platform shoes, though; someday we will smile knowingly, if we aren't already. -JCH

I know this guy! He is studying at London College of Fashion, i often see him there, always dressed up in a very sophisticatedly black outfits. Nice style, but he reminds me a lot of an Alexander McQueen wannabe. * Samira.
