Comments on "On The Street.....Flea Market Classic, Chelsea"
This is happily co-ordinated; like the jacket a lot.
But the pants, I fear, are unintentionally short, which isn't the same thing as wearing shorter pants, is it?
PS, the flea market is apparently a major fashion nexus--who'd a thunk it?
LIKE: Wonderful color and style on the coat. Love the color of the scarf. He looks really confident and comfortable with his style.
DISLIKE: Shoes seem too bright for fall. Maybe shoes with the same color as the coat. Like dark brown suede driving mocassins or bucks as opposed to the loafers
his pants aren't too short, there's a full break. the shadows are playing tricks on your eyes.
i love the expression on his face along with the fact that he hasn't dropped his cell the best+
more wonderful glasses. is that a sportcoat or winter jacket?
Three Repute, rechecked pants length (will this become A Great Debate?) and...well, look at the left (his left) pant leg: the cuff falls above the tongue of the shoe, i. e., it and its mate are too short.
I see the break you refer to, but isn't that due to the changing weight of the material at the cuff?
(How's that for the epistemology of the cuff break?)
My first reaction was to think he was related to the chap in the Barbour coat from a few days ago. A very good choice to shoot.
I disagree with Monsieur about the shoes being too bright for fall ... but I do think they're too bright for those particular pants. But I'd wear those shoes anytime of the year.
And yes, the pants are a touch too short. I know, let's have that debate all over again ... well, anyhow he's not expecting a flood, at least.
i love stylish old people.
This guy always looks good
i love this man -- he makes me happy. he is just so easy -- in his clothes, in his skin. this is my idea of really good classic american mens style because it is so relaxed and unpretentious. kudos on this one.
the (shirt) cuffs folded back are a showy touch. the guy obviously has a bit of panache.
This man has been featured at least several times in the past, no? Looks great every time.
the perfect pipe smokers outfit, he seems brtittish to me but it's not a stuffy fashion at all.. i miss my grandpa
