She looks so cute (and happy)! It is such a big mix and she looks great - especially love that bag.

The cute owl sweater makes the outfit. It reflects her personality.

I am crazy about looks like this as they very cleary state a person's confidence and let one take ownership of the look, epecially here where is wearing a mix of clothes and accessories.
VERY VERY COOL INDEED.

Thx.

Great smile!

Oh, her jacket is sharp! The lines are really crisp and I love that. I really like her boots as well!

Did you by any chance ask her where they were from?

Blogger hoi polloi said ... (1:22 PM) :

This look says 1930's factory worker + crunchy granola girl. Intersting

Blogger hoi polloi said ... (1:24 PM) :

On second thought: 1930's factory worker meets 1990's office worker

She looks lovely and happy, and stylish. But am I the only one who sees this and thinks, "Oh, a super-chic married Orthodox Jew?" It's not just the scarf covering her hair--she also appears to be brown-bagging it, which may mean she's eating Kosher food. I could be wrong, but I'd be so happy to be right.

Blogger Michael said ... (3:42 PM) :

Yea, I dig that.

I love her boots and scarve. She looks like a Russian peasant who got a job in NYK! Really cosmopolitan!

Blogger atticus_finch said ... (5:00 PM) :

it is a great mix...loving the black boots.

Blogger comtedamour said ... (5:43 PM) :

i love women that don't pose, if you are a model at work, fine, outside of that, you look like an idiot with your "aren't i important" attitude. this lovely is fabulous.

Blogger Laurence John said ... (6:13 PM) :

commenters always seem to jump on the most obvious association... e.g. peasant or land girl (in this case).
or a SLIGHTLY high waist equals the 1930s, even thought the rest of the look may be COMPLETELY different. really i wish some people had a broader frame of reference.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:32 PM) :

she's great. i'd love to get to know her.

Blogger Hebden said ... (8:53 PM) :

Love it all except her scarf - I call that the "potato gathering" head look...LOL
Her smile is amazing!

Blogger Amicacarmilla said ... (8:38 AM) :
