Babe.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:45 AM) :

one of my favorite women you have posted sart. she is, by all accounts, a master at unpracticed style.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:57 AM) :

i wish i could look like her

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:01 AM) :

Melanie is hot. Another hottie at Paris Vogue is Anastasia Barbieri, check her out, and pics here s'il vous plait.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:01 AM) :

Well,

I liked all of her looks. Although I prefer the ones in which she has her legs covered.

My best regards.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:46 AM) :

those legs need an insurance policy, NOW.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:59 AM) :

I love the military coat and how it is perfectly unbuttoned. beautiful hair, perfect style. but then again, i would expect no less from someone who works for Paris Vogue.

Blogger Just an Observation said ... (10:21 AM) :

She is so HOT!.....really love the the loong double breasted coat....I guess I have a thing for Military insired anything and when incoporated into women's clothing, it looks so chic.

Thanks

Blogger avs said ... (10:42 AM) :

you are a great photographer!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:29 AM) :

the paris vogue girls are girls after my own heart...i love their style

Blogger Fine Haberdashery said ... (11:30 AM) :

love the way she compliments her physical attributes with impeccable style....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:37 AM) :

These Best of Season groupings are the top reason I keep coming back to this excellent blog -- more, more, more please! All these women are fantastic and inspiring.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:53 AM) :

Well apart from the obvious...whats not to love...its really the middle hair part that rocks me more than anything else, I love her casual approach...the hair middle part though, its a modern, sophisticated take on that 70's natural...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:25 PM) :

those shoes are amazing, the orange ones. does anyone know what they are?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:39 PM) :

The third shot is amazing!!!
Beautiful legs and beautiful blue coat!!
For me the blue is always the best, it goes with everything much better than the black....

Blogger whyioughtta said ... (12:41 PM) :

She's got legs...And she knows how to use 'em.

Love, love, love those orange platform sandalish shoes.

Great style, awesome post yet again.

Blogger S. said ... (1:15 PM) :

Best shoes!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:21 PM) :

Who designed the military coat?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:48 PM) :

I love elements of what she is wearing but not her overall look...and that pigeon=toed legs on purpose...aaargghhhh!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:47 PM) :

LIke a thin version of Jessica Biehl

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:35 PM) :

Great taste - so classy and natural. And as far as I hate leggins, I don't really mind them on Melanie.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:59 PM) :

i love how she has this natural look about her. she doesn't look like she spent hours doing her hair or makeup. probably b/c her clothes are so fantastic..she really doesn't need to work on hair/makeup much.

she looks just naturally beautiful! i loved her photos.

(and those orange shoes are a standout!!)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:32 PM) :

Love it all . . . last look is my favorite, though.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:33 PM) :

Did those legs made an appearance in that earlier Paris Vogue girls shot? I tried to track it down but I'm coming up with broken links.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:52 PM) :

Best of season ... and then some!! But oh how much better she looks in skirts than leggings. Book my ticket to Paris NOW.

Blogger la femme said ... (6:34 PM) :

She is up there with Emmanuelle.

Blogger marie said ... (6:44 PM) :

This is what by brother refers to as "miles of legs."

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:19 PM) :

I love the orange shoes.... but most of all: I love this work of yours, Scott, I just found out recently. It's GREAT and full of inspiration. It's like Shoichi Aoiki's book: FRUITS [a collection of Japanese-harajuku-street-style photographs].

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:40 PM) :

The military coat is Marc by MJ, fall 2006.

Blogger M About Town said ... (10:58 PM) :

That last picture makes me actually want to go out and buy a pair of leggings. THAT is how HOT she is.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:48 PM) :

what's amazing about this is that she's in some trendy stuff [the plaid skirt, leggings, chunky platforms] and she still makes it look like her own instead of cookie cutter...too lovely for words !

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:00 AM) :

She looks so good that í'm beginning to consider leggins. She makes them look soooo "elegantly cool" that I started to think "Well , i'm wearing black skinny pants all the time now , and theres not really a BIG difference between this and some well executed leggins..."

Sartorial inspiration came upon me once again, and I'm having fun with it !!! Thank you Sart !!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:49 AM) :

Does anyone know where she got her leather jacket that she wears in the first shot?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:27 PM) :

Great shots, Sart ... You've really captured her look. How do you do it? You've got her on 4 different days. You've got the tenacity of a paparazzo! Or is your blog so well known now that you have people lining up for photos?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:16 PM) :

she sure has some beautiful clothes but in my opinion she just looks like any other girl with money and some brains so she can look ok without a stylist.i'm not saying she doesn't look good. i just don't see anything original about her.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:24 AM) :

do fashion people wear anything else that black and grey?? don't get me wrong the outfit's are qute, but almost every shot you have of people working in the fashion industry seem to wear those colors.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:10 AM) :

I still don't get how or why leggings are "very hot" right now but I found the last picture of this woman very striking. She's so put put together for whatever life throws at her, but at Paris Vogue? I would expect that. She's gorgeous.

And now watch. This will probably make me go out and buy some leggings now... But, why would I want to cover up my legs when I can continue to work on a pair of stems like that at the gym? ;)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:41 AM) :

Damn those women from Paris Vogue - simply AMAZING!
