I hear a Smiths tune in the distance...

Does this mean that most of the greek teenagers are "in" fashion? They have been dressing exactly like this for more than 30 years now, it is a typical senior high school get up for teens here.

jacket looks good, i think its time for me to peek in the army/navy store on west 8th.

Satorialist, I love you, but I'm so not into the military jacket thing. When will it end?

The green army style has been popular among us Swedish teens for a few years now, almost every other person has adapted the green military jacket to their wardrobe.

Love the red belt peeking through all the military green. I like that it's a cropped army jacket. He's wearing a shoulder tote, how European of him.

Well deployed use of red, down to the
red(dish) hair, but otherwise, not distinctive, I'd say....

I've always thought about doing this, but never thought it could really work. Well, it does! This is great inspiration.

I know what he is going for; but it's over done, I say! ewww. a little less of the "thin red belt and lost-in-space look" would be more.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:50 PM) :

this looks great. guys like this always get static on this website. i don't think most so-called "geek teenagers" dress like this at all. It's all about the fit. this is spot on: perfect jacket length, and that red belt makes it...

Sart,

I understand you are talking about colours here , and I think military green is one of the most versatile colors to mix.
I LOVE:

Military green +white
Military green +black AND white
Military green + primary colors
Military green + liberty prints

I could name more combinations , but i might bore everybody.

I´m loving your work at Style.com !

I wish I could see his bag!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:17 AM) :

this is probably going to sound gross to some people, but i also really like military green + a bright light leaf green. unexpected colour combos = fashion fun.

Its too bad when polotics interferes with fun (like fashion), but being from the states things military turn my stomach lately.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:23 PM) :

Have others noticed the little game of "telephone" that's going on here? "Sandman_gr" said that the outfit is similar to the dress of "Greek teenagers" -- as in teenagers living in Greece -- not "geek teenagers."

Blogger M said ... (1:59 PM) :

I think I just fell in love with his glasses.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:01 PM) :

Didn't he say "gReek" - not geek?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:48 AM) :

He is put together really well. I would love to know if his jeans were skinny or straight. And yes, he channeled Morrissey just a bit with that hair.
