What a fresh face!

interesting look...almost reminds me of my figure skating days - i guess b/c the top resembles a leotard?

Wow, love the pencil skirt! I like that it's not too "done" but still formal.

[P.S. I absolutely love your blog, so I hate to pick, but I know you'll change "Loius" to "Louis."]

i love how she is pale and can wear black but not look gothic...classy girls aren't tanorexic!

Blogger Butch said ... (7:59 PM) :

This is palpably fetching--and luminously lit....

Blogger la femme said ... (8:03 PM) :

Simple and stunning. That velvet skirt is perfect.

Blogger moosj said ... (8:04 PM) :

It's all lovely, except for the tank top. Beautiful fabric and color on the skirt.

Blogger RoseAG said ... (8:24 PM) :

Reminds me of a dress Princess Diana was photographed in.

You really need a dressmaker to adjust bodices like that so they fit snugly. Otherwise you'll be wrinkly and droopy.

Very simple LBD! Classic looking!

I love her face. Her body posture looks like a drawing. Black and red...love the combination.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:40 AM) :

She's breathtaking !

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (8:23 AM) :

The neckline is really beautiful.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:00 AM) :

I agree that the top is incongruous with the skirt. She seems to have a wrap or sweater with her, so she probably thought of the entire ensemble. The tank top alone makes her look half-undressed, because the skirt is so heavy.

But I'm happy that the skirt is neither black nor grey.
And she looks nice.

Love it. Paper bag waists are hot

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:34 PM) :

If you like velvet mixed in with other fabrics (jersey, satin, wool) then check out Michon Schur at Saks or Bergdorf.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:12 AM) :

She looked amazing at Costume National also. Love her attitude.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:06 AM) :

She's cute and she's young, but I don't find this look particularly flattering. The high waist doesn't work for her body type, even though she has a nice figure.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:53 AM) :

I am completely on board with the hi-waised look. I feel, thought, that she just worked out in a leotard (horrible word, I know), and she through this on top to go out.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:33 PM) :

oh my god. this woman is hot! (and by the way, she knows how to dress, too) who is she?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:50 PM) :

its erika kulihara or something like that cant spell the last name shes the fashion editor at ID magazine
