post a commentMaybe I've been watching too many Sex and the City reruns, but she looks just like Sarah Jessica Parker.
I like the shape & length of the shorts & she has great legs (maybe from all of the trekking through the parks). It is a nice late-summer-day-in-the-city look.
She should lose the belt. It seems to be emphasizing her absence of waist.
Wow, she glows. Just a little bit styled--as if yes, she did walk away from a photo shoot--but she's a "natural" for the look. Great smile and attitude. The picture of health and American ease. Feel good just looking at her, and desirous of that clean WASP confidence and brightness of being.
it seems like shes lost in everything.
the look is nice, but maybe shes a bit too skinny for it all? the hat overwhelms her face and the same for the shorts and top.
but i guess that wasnt the point of the post.
I like the cuffed shorts.
The belt is nice, but it seems like it would move around and you'd be repositioning it all day. I guess you hang your safari gun off of it?
I thought we were all here because we aren't and don't want to be Ralph Lauren ads?
I think this would have been much cuter without the belt.
And I adore her.
I found myself wearing a muted oat shirt complete with epaulettes, superfluous pockets, and a rather quirky small pocket at the top with a zipper. In LA, you can get away with the quasi-safari look: I'm beginning to believe it works just as well in NY.
You would turn my head.
I want to look like her.
seemingly effortless. she's beautiful.
She looks so great and classic and summery I can barely stand it. Can we please have just a couple more months of summer?
Definitely the genuine article...I mean she's wearing pleated shorts and everything is just so, without a hint of irony.
Boy does she have a set of pins! The neckline of that blouse is perfect.
