I love Milan.... everyone dresses so well there.... wish we did the same in NY , land of the Britanny Spear flip-flops
As an avid cyclist it does my heart good to see woman or men riding, but a woman riding a bit in a skirt, now that is hot, I love it. These ladies all have great legs too.
Great seeing some pictures , hope to see some great characters in wonderful clothing
the 40-year olds have a better sense of style and pride , the 20-year olds wear ripped jeans , flip-flops , big glasses
I am so tickled that you shot this exquisitely dressed woman riding her bike.
And somehow, the fact that she's wearing the iconic big sunglasses makes this all the more real.

40 year old women ARE cooler than 20 year olds ... everywhere.... though those in Milan are by far COOLER than those in the rest of Europe--- they're much more fashion-conscious , and much more stylish and refined
As someone who's a recent entrant in the fortysomething category, I continue to be inspired by stylish European women.

Most women look good after forty, actually. I just went to my 30th high school reunion, and most of us still looked amazing...
It's just that most American men expect all women to look and act like twenty-somethings, or else they ignore them. No appreciation of gorgeous older women.

I lived in ITA for a while. They're most likely in their early 30's than 40...
all MEN (american or european ) want younger women , that has nothing to do with the fashion tastes of 40-year old women vs. 20-year old women

There is NO WAY IN HELL I would be 20 again. Not unless I could take what I've learned from being in my 30s and (again, for a little over a year) 40s. Without that, being 20 again would be a complete waste IMO.
Yeah, being able to eat whatever you want and not exercise is great. Being completely naive about the world isn't. And even though today's 20-year-olds may be a little less naive given all the media they're deluged with, they're STILL inexperienced kids in more ways than they know.
Gotta say...it's really interesting being on this side of the age divide and seeing how completely self-absorbed and self-referential most young people are...and knowing that I was the exact same way at that age. :)

of course, they're riding a motorbike, which makes it a no-brainer, but please keep your eyes peeled for fashionable women on bicycles wearing helmets! i wish someone had tips on how to somehow make the helmet look cool while on a bike or rollerblades. (and yes, i rollerblade in a skirt.)
The last picture reminds me of the Bouvier sisters, only more interesting and less combative.
Ahh... I was away all weekend cycling only to return to my favorite afternoon pitstop to discover beauty on bikes or is it.... women on beauty? Great legs indeed!
