On the Street.... Vintage, Print Dress, New York
I received an email the other day asking if i ever shot petite women. Maybe it is just the angle I shoot from but a lot of the women I shoot are petite. This young lady is about 5'1" -very petite but the dress doesn't overwhelm her. She said she was considering taking it in around the bodice but the way it flowed when she walked was so perfect I told her not to touch a stitch.

She looks so beautiful
lovely girl, lovely dress.
re: Sart's comment about height...
it's difficult to determine a person's weight/height from a photograph unless you've got a trained eye or a landmark to measure them against. i've also heard the camera can add 10-15 lbs., which is kind of scary given the number of waifs in fashion magazines and on TV.
Oh my, she's gorgeous. Everything about her is so summer-perfect...the hair, that dress, those sandals, that bag, and - what seems to be - iced coffee.
Is she really just 5'1"? She doesn't look it. Just wondering, what height range is considered "petite"?
she´s beautiful
I like how the hem is asymmetircal - the back is a bit longer than the front. The print is also very nice.
She's a fox.
love the dress! this girl looks great in it too!
another mary-kate olsen wannabe! but cute vintage dress
So cute!
I love her sandals are they white or silver?
beautiful girl, beautiful hair, dress and bag combination. so sweet :)
Une très belle dame.
She looks gorgeous. The blue dress with her dark hair - famous.
everything here is perfect - the dress, shoes, bag and the hair is the icing on the cake!! NY girls have FAB hair!
i think i'm in love.
I believe petite is considered at or under 5'3".
I'll be the voice of dissent here - the dress looks too big on her. Her idea to tuck it in a bit is a good one.
the bigness if the point of the dress. if she took it in at the waist, it could be any mama mia dress from H&M.
