i have this affinity for well dressed men. well, who doesn't, really? this gentleman reminds me of a trip to atlanta. while exploring the city, me and my partner found this little fountain and some much needed shade. there was a man there, probably mid-thirties, playing with his carnation-clad daughter of maybe 3. he had perfect dreadlocks to the middle of his back, and was the best dressed man i have ever seen. this was 4 years ago! and i am still talking about it because that is how it sticks in my mind. this beautiful man, with his little girl, and his fantastic fashion sense. that's why i check this site everyday. reliving my own street moments by living vicariously thru yours. i would love to start my own, but i have been scowering the streets of cincinnati, and it just isn't new york. :)

i love this look, it's so urban yet preppy. so hip-hop yet chic and without the locs, i dont think it would be as cool of a look...

Everything but the shoes... they ruin the outfit.
Great crisp white shirt though...

Very all-American kewel. I wish my beau dressed like this!

Great look, but not the shoes - awful.

Love the look and the jacket. I have actually been looking for a jacket like that for a while.

I think this guy knows what he's doing in the shoe department. He makes them look new by wearing them with this outfit.
Far better than converses, oxfords or sandals.

very cute! looks like he's leaving prep school and heading to a concert

Blogger pj said ... (5:36 AM) :

Very nice. In Madrid this year, light summer loafers with wide jeans are becoming a classic. May I recommend very specially those of Ralph Lauren´s vintage style, with George`s shoes?. Thanks Sartorial... Yoa are the only God I trust in.

Ideal.

Wow!!!

I love it. Most things are excellent in theory and mediocre in practice. However , the devil is in the details and the look is bewitching. The hair , glasses and pose put it over the top for me.

I really want to be with everybody. But isn't it time for some new way to be provocative? While I love a sports jacket I'm really bored with the sports jacket and jeans look. Maybe something other than navy blue would have been more exciting...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:19 AM) :

I just love everyting about this guy!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:07 PM) :

this is a good look on him, but it isnt unique. It's from the mannequinn. It is a nice look but not original. am i wrong?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:54 PM) :

if i find this guy i will make him my husband seriously
