Actually, it's funny that you just posted this, because yesterday I saw a man in his 50s with a red mohawk, baseball jacket, red tartan kilt and Scottish socks.

The flea market is at 39th street between 9th and 10th avenues. It's near the entrance to the Lincoln tunnel.

Totally loving this; the suitcase makes it extra awesome.

I think this pic might have been taken at the flea market on 17th, between 6th and 7th. I work in a thrift store on 17th and he is one of our regular weekend customers - always in tartan, I might add.
