personally i would have liked to see a little something extra to add some interest or color, but i think the poster above has a good point also: this is a simple and nice outfit.

Fascinating blog! I'm a former New Yorker -- 7+ years in the 80's and early-90's -- and this helps satisfy my cravings for The City. I get to work from time to time in London. THAT helps...but the just cities aren't the same. Among other things, there's such a stylist difference.
