Comments on "On The Street.....57th St, New York"
I was in Wilkes Bashford yesterday (the well known SF men's store) and had on a similar outfit with a spread collar and a regular four-in-hand knotted tie like this fellow. The salesman, Sandy, suggested that I tie a half Windsor for more bulk in the knot and to "fill" the width of the collar a bit more. I did it, and it really looked so much better. It was an excellent example of how a little thing can really make a big difference in the overall presentation. I would suggest the same for this gentleman.
He looks a little bit like George W. Bush. His Italian twin?
nice suit, not diggin' that cutaway collar though.
Awfully hot day to be wearing a suit!
I like your blog so much! Interesting people, beautiful pictures and nice comments...now I am starting to look at people in Montreal and also find some beauty or something extraordinary in people as well...good job!
Great collar!
I like the perfect imperfection that this gentleman has. It's his own look. I like it.
I dig cutaway collars!
I used to be of the mindset that a cutaway collar wasn't that attractive but it creates such a unique look that it's won me over.
My man's collar is sick! Wide and spacious! I do agree on the wider knot comment though. But it's his style.
He looks like either a butler, or an assassin. "Kill him, Jeeves"
