I thought we might see scarves for men creeping in again......

Hey, it looks cool.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:43 PM) :

What an adorable guy. Great hair. Great glasses. And as ascot? Yeah!

Blogger Admin said ... (11:15 PM) :

im jealous of his cool looking camera

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:19 PM) :

It takes a lot of confidence to pull off such a classic look. I love the neck tie, the windblown hair, the crisp white shirt, and yes, another photo of a man in a vest, this time with short sleeves. Smart.

OMG!

Hot flash...

Must step away from the computer...

it doesn't really look as natural as the rest of your...new yorkers do

wow

what a beautiful day that was at the pier

Spring crisp.. lighthearted, approachable.

Does he SERIOUSLY carry that camera around?! What an EVERY season must have! Nice capture.. He and Pier #1 probably have probably perused and fingered through similar racks in. What about the shoes Sart???

Blogger Claudio Moro said ... (1:54 AM) :

Is it a waistcoat? - I find his style great. Only the shirt with short-sleev ed - no!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:40 AM) :

WHO IS THIS GUY??? Did you ask his name??

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:41 AM) :

Mr Satorialist this fellow is the best dressed male that you have photographed so far. Also love the hair.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:14 AM) :

The black and chrome finish of the Hasselblad camera goes so well with his outfit!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:21 AM) :

Schu, did he take a pic of you with his camera? Maybe YOU're feature on HIS blog! ha ha

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:22 AM) :

Your photo skills Sartorialist are fantasic. This person is far from fantastic. His look does bring down what I look for in your site. Which is style. Want fashion you find that anonymously. This person wants it to badly to be cool.

Blogger seawallrunner said ... (11:47 AM) :

just beachy :) love the look, love the attitude. his outfit looks like it's just "thrown together" but I am certain that he has taken great care in acquiring each piece, and matching them together.

what a beautiful insouciant look!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:25 PM) :

He did take pictures of those of us who were there from afar before he came over and introduced himself- I figured, either this is the strangest coincidence in the world, or he's a fellow Sartorialist!

IF this is the kid that went to University of Michigan.. then BRAVO! it's good to see another Michigander get his look established. i've been a fan of the Sartorialist since its incetion and have always wanted to be spotted, but I am glad that Christophe (if it's him) was spotted! He was seriously always running around campus with his confidence and camera.. I'll find you on the facebook or myspace! Keep it up.. For those that think he has a fake appeal to him.. think again!

where is the buzzed hair ???!?!!?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:00 AM) :

... or is he THE Satorialist? :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:44 AM) :

He's got a 1970s Taiwan/HK romance movie star vibe to him, like Alan Tang..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:45 AM) :

This is perfect!

Blogger The Sartorialist said ... (1:30 PM) :

No - this is not me but if the photo from DNR comes out well I will post it on the blog when I get it

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:06 AM) :

I like the ascot look so much I wanted to go out and get one, but unfortunately they seem hard to come by - at least in Chicago. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:55 AM) :

Ohh the outfit is cute...but have you heard of skin and hair care. That completes the look... Think baby think before you want pictures taken of you. Mr. Sartorialist I simply adore you and think you are the best think since hermes evening bags
