I'm not sure weather conditions exist that call for both open-toe shoes and gloves.
Those gloves are fab though.

the open toe kills it. if only women would start paying attention to the little voice that tells you "yes" or "no" to that open toe.
i'm not sure there's a rule per say. mostly, it's intuition, instinct. my inner eye says, "gloves + fur = closed toe heel."
think of your classic tailored black cocktail dress with a pencil skirt cut just below the knee - can you imagine wearing an open toe with that? peep toe, yes, open toe, no. though you might be able to get away with a stilleto thong...
i love the jacket--and i agree on what others say about the shoes---but this is not a perfect world is it????
