I love this look. OK, enough gushing. The thin material gathered in nice pleats in the bodice is great, then the slight flare of the skirt bottom. Makes me think 1960's again, not the mod part, but the square part. I also like the color, the slightest blue. She cuts through all the sweetness with the tapestry bag.
