Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:55 AM) :

I love it! Fresh snow in the city is so fanciful, although it soon will be dirty and slushy.

Blogger Notes From ABroad said ... (8:56 AM) :

And I was just wondering if my son would manage to get to work... I think this answers that question . Have a good day, take time to throw a snowball for me, living down here at the bottom of the world~

Love, L

Anonymous Zenobiar said ... (12:22 PM) :

Nothing but sun and 70s for SoCal. Gotta keep up the pedicure. Shopping for new sandals and sun hats.

Anonymous Ray said ... (12:24 PM) :

Is it the bicycle that's sporting a fashionable winter outfit, or is the snow that's posing, like so many of your other subjects, with a bicycle?

Blogger Unknown said ... (12:51 PM) :

Very fun but scary... I am due in NYC in 14 days. I feel like I should cancel the trip now!

Anonymous Marisa said ... (1:01 PM) :

Brilliant composition, even with an iPhone. I am a fan of black and white photography that boarders on the abstract. I like that you photograph the occasional wall (green moss on wall in Florence) and bike, just to mix it up a bit. I check your blog every day to get some new ideas of how to put together my daily wardrobe, much better than a fashion magazine, except Grazia, of course.

Blogger Gucci S. said ... (1:05 PM) :

LOVE LOVE LOVE the snow !

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:20 PM) :

I thought I remembered seeing you endorsing BLACKBERRY in magazine ads.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:31 PM) :

Who knew a bike could like like a snowman? Love snow days...

Anonymous SGM said ... (1:36 PM) :

Don't get on that thing - you'll get a crotch freeze!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:38 PM) :

This is about the time you ask if anyone delivers coffee? Haha that kind of sucks.

Blogger Kristen said ... (1:48 PM) :

I'm originally a New Yorker, transplanted to Boston for the time being (where there is even mroe snow!), and this is one of the reasons I became so excited about my new French Press.

That must have been a chilly ride, haha! :)

I can't wait to not wear snowboots anymore. I miss fun shoes. :P

Blogger SimpleTobz said ... (2:25 PM) :

u're in NYC already?? wow! how was Korea? :P

Anonymous Wholesale sunglasses said ... (2:31 PM) :

Wow! coffee will be better in this snowy weather. Hope you get it and feeling some relief from cold.

Blogger Anna-bird said ... (2:50 PM) :

so jealous! :)

Blogger Country Girl said ... (3:32 PM) :

Wow. You picked a great day to come in this record snow. Cool shot.

Blogger satmaari said ... (3:36 PM) :

Blogger Ruhvana and Flanelli said ... (3:56 PM) :

Anonymous Hollis said ... (6:14 PM) :

Cafe Grumpy would be apropos

Anonymous Christa51 said ... (8:11 PM) :

Love it! Share with us more of your iPhone snaps every now and then.. a more casual way to see NYC through your eyes. :)

I got a hint from the Intel mini-documentary that you've got a good sense of humor, and the iPhone photos would be an interesting way to branch out in that direction.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:23 PM) :

Nice px - add another 14" in Enfield, CT

Blogger Margo said ... (9:29 PM) :

wow - and that's why I love my coffeemaker and my jammies. beautiful photo.

I got a great shot of my kids' bikes totally coated with snow, almost eerie. Will post on my blog tomorrow.

Great pictures! Make sure you get your daily dosage of coffee though. Keep warm over there. Any way to send some pictures through mobile phones? Looks like a great wallpaper to me.

Hot Coffee

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:38 AM) :

OH God !!! ...
so did you get your coffee after all?

Anonymous austin scott brooks said ... (11:05 AM) :

Great image. Hope the walk to get coffee wasn't too difficult in that stuff.

Anonymous Ellen said ... (11:59 AM) :

Best Dressed bike - snow is a great accessory!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:10 PM) :

That's some serious need for caffeine....

Anonymous Reve De Oro said ... (1:36 PM) :

I know it's a little naughty, but I laughed out loud when I saw this photo. Perhaps it's because our mild California climate affords us that luxury, and we have been in a Spring Fling of gorgeous weather lately.

This reminds me WHY we live here!

Anonymous Lauren said ... (1:58 PM) :

Love this shot! The contrast between the pure white snow and black bicycle is fab.

Spring is luckily coming soon. To both New York and Helsinki.

Only you could make an iPhone pic look that good!

Blogger The Clever Pup said ... (6:55 PM) :

Morning's would be possessive. You need an apostrophe.

Blogger Rumyana said ... (3:43 AM) :

WOW... so much snow! Cool! I like the winter only with snow, not like what I see trough my window now!

Have a nice snowy weekend!

Anonymous The Artgmachine said ... (9:21 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:23 PM) :

Better than being on the hot seat!
