I'm still looking at the eyes!

Anonymous said ... (4:13 PM) :

I agree. Love the pinstripe.

Blogger Unknown said ... (4:13 PM) :

so stylish! looks great, wish men here in Finland looked more like this, too! ;)

xxx Charlie

Blogger Beautycountry said ... (4:20 PM) : them. :)

Blogger Style Scanner said ... (4:21 PM) :

I know polo/roll necks have a bad rep in some quarters but I feel they have a wonderfully modern/futuristic quality and can still offer formality with a sut...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:22 PM) :

I was totally wondering.

Blogger Unknown said ... (4:23 PM) :

I know this is silly but I want to see more of his iPhone case. I have an obsession over really good ones and I feel like his could be v nice. Great photo nonetheless! xxx

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:25 PM) :

Haha, chic loafers, that goes without saying..

Nice autumny look.

Blogger crystal said ... (4:26 PM) :

Wow. The natural lighting in this is great too.

Blogger Dewme said ... (5:08 PM) :

The thing i like the most is the light, Spain's light is great haha i know im biased because i live here but it is true hehe.
By the way not everyone can pull bron this way so props to him, brown suits are not very common.

Blogger Ami said ... (5:11 PM) :

Absolutely gorgeous! (Him and the suit.) An argument for old-fashioned sophistication...because it's never actually old-fashioned, but instead truly timeless.

Blogger Unknown said ... (5:14 PM) :

Very elegant!!!

Blogger Michelle Bobb-Parris said ... (5:18 PM) :

You know what I love about this? The fact that he looks stylish and sophisticated, yet cozy and comfortable at the same time.

Blogger Frozen Fashion said ... (5:27 PM) :

Everything about this picture is warm:)

Anonymous Istanbulboy said ... (5:41 PM) :

All a little bit too predictable ... But on a more intriguing note - what is the orange thing peeping out of his right arm? A bracelet or a shirt???????

Blogger verychiclist said ... (6:04 PM) :

stylish effortless
I want to go to Spain soon...!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:21 PM) :

Can we get a detail of the shoes, please? Fabulous picture, very elegant suit, very italian.

Blogger Jackii said ... (6:23 PM) :

He did a superb job of matching the colors and overall it was beautiful!

Anonymous Paul (UK) said ... (6:24 PM) :

Neat - nice grey palette, wide 40s lapels, ticket pocket, two button cuff (or missing a button?). Maybe that case matches the Lobb loafers too?!
I was thinking of putting a black polo neck with a navy pinstripe suit, and I think this swings it. Nice to see a guy back in the frame - the girls have been headlining for a while!
Great work as usual Scott.

Blogger Francesca Robertson said ... (6:27 PM) :

love that suit!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:13 PM) :

I'd love to see him wearing the tortoise shell glasses that are poking out of his pocket. That would tie the look together very well.

Blogger May Brady said ... (8:14 PM) :

Classic style!

Blogger chinoiserie said ... (8:23 PM) :

He somehow reminds me of Roger Federer

As always, pinstripes make the man.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:50 PM) :

Reminds me of Louis Jourdan. This NOT a new look or an update but it is a classic.

The female equivalent would be the knit turtleneck over a pencil skirt with a gold chain belt resting on her hips.

Blogger The Sluice Box said ... (11:57 PM) :

Thank goodness it's a turtle and not a mock neck.

Blogger ZHENYA ZHURAVLYOVA said ... (12:15 AM) :

I like the clear forms of jacket!and curls and covering woman's jacket discharge all of strictness!))

Anonymous jimjims said ... (12:20 AM) :

great lil get up.

Blogger The Visual Minimalist said ... (12:29 AM) :

I thought this was Federer at first, headed over to Spain for a friendly meet with Nadal :) !!! Very well-dressed man!

Blogger Misanthropic Pulp said ... (12:56 AM) :

Classy, love it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:14 AM) :

Few outfits are more perfect for fall than a turtleneck with an excellent wool jacket. Wish his sweater were more fitted... otherwise, this is just lovely. He makes that suit look as comfy as a pair of pajamas.

Blogger Pri Chufi said ... (1:22 AM) :

So so chic and glam

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:59 AM) :

Handsome. It looks like he could be an actor in a movie.

Anonymous Julia said ... (2:46 AM) :

He looks like Roger Federer!

Blogger SabinePsynopsis said ... (5:11 AM) :

Chic! I've been telling my man you can look relaxed, not corporate in a suit, but he refuses to believe me. Got to show him this!
(not much hope though)

Anonymous Ertl and Cohn said ... (5:32 AM) :

Nice outfit!
Thanks for the post.

Anonymous l'habitué said ... (5:38 AM) :

So elegant.

Blogger caribbelle said ... (7:51 AM) :

Its funny, this doesn't feel matchy to me although its the same scale of color. I bet the brown shoe looked fabulous!

Blogger Unknown said ... (8:22 AM) :

SO beautiful and chic!!!! Huge outfit...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:58 AM) :

Madrid, uno of the coolest cities I have every seen.

Kisses from London

Anonymous Maryanne said ... (9:49 AM) :

the simple addition of a turleneck, made a wall streeters pinstripe suit chic.

Anonymous Anastasios Tassos Pasalis said ... (9:52 AM) :

My favorite combination. Suit jacket over turtle neck! Great jacket, suit overall.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:58 AM) :'re just going to TELL us about the shoes?
Wuz up with that?????? I thought this was a "Shoe Friendly" zone.

Anonymous Pia said ... (10:05 AM) :

In Finland?? I come from Finland and lots of men have great style there. Now, Edmonton AB is a whole other sad story. Women would faint if they ever saw a man this dapper here because we'd think it's a hallucination.

Anonymous Joanna said ... (10:47 AM) :

The spanish style is so, so... so cool. I must go right now!

Anonymous Bronwyn said ... (11:37 AM) :

Oh, he looks so wonderful! I love the pinstripes - and how he manages to make it look incredibly chic rather than too conservative...

Blogger FH said ... (12:26 PM) :

So chic

Anonymous Documentaries said ... (1:49 PM) :

Very elegant man! cool pic!

Blogger Jazzbuff630 said ... (4:08 PM) :

Blogger G.S. said ... (4:57 PM) :

So fantastic photo-shooting in Madrid!! A walking along Goya Street, Serrano...will give you pictures like this.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:23 PM) :

he looks so familiar... actor maybe??? help me!

btw i love his outfit, i will recommend my bf to get something like his.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:42 PM) :

Actually, I was wondering if his pant legs are ridiculously short the way they are if you are: "chic; trendy; insert other inappropriate positive adjective here".

If they are, however, the PROPER length for a grown man (i.e. AT the shoe), then I love/approve this outfit 110%.

There is something about the turtleneck that makes him look very European.

Anonymous Bella Star said ... (4:17 PM) :

Very, very nice suit, and an amazing jumper, turtle neck! YES

Blogger Ruhvana and Flanelli said ... (9:51 AM) :

I have no idea what it is in this man but every time I pass through this pic my mind says Ah!

My only answer is the hair. No the eyes, the watch peaking from the sleeve or really I have no idea.

Blogger kaslimón said ... (6:45 AM) :

I wish you could come to Madrid more often! all the pics are gorgeous!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:32 PM) :

lapel looks like tom ford, but shoulder looks a little soft. Still betting tom ford suit.
