Blogger Nadine2point0 said ... (9:58 AM) :

I'm more interested in the girl with the lavender purse!!!!

Anonymous Maryanne said ... (10:00 AM) :

but..the bra strap ruins the line of the armhole and curve of her shoulder, making the dress appear more lingerie like.
while this creates an interesting photo, it distracts from the fashion aspect of it.

Blogger Karen Wallace said ... (10:04 AM) :

Love the dress, so soft. Warmly,Karen

Blogger Pink said ... (10:04 AM) :

Anonymous jimjims said ... (11:15 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:15 AM) :

Love the dress(especially details on the hem) and the shoes but they don't look good together.

Blogger FASHION SNAG said ... (11:18 AM) :

Ohhh, I love that dress!

Blogger BluestGreen said ... (11:27 AM) :

The picture is serene. Lovely girl. And oh my! She has a notebook! The one with pages! The shoes are pretty. Lovely. Very Basic.
But the dress, I don't know! The very first picture in my mind is of a nightie!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:37 AM) :

Though I wouln't pair those shoes with that lovely dress I think I get the point of it ;)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:39 AM) :

She looks like she went out to get the paper and put on the first shoes she could quickly slip on...I mean she is a beautiful young girl, but really...? Is that the only criteria?

Blogger SabinePsynopsis said ... (11:40 AM) :

Vintage? I love how she paired it with the manly woven shoes.

Blogger sara said ... (11:53 AM) :

love the dress, very beautiful and vintage...and the vespa is so lovely!!

Anonymous concupiscence said ... (12:00 PM) :

gorgeous shot

Anonymous Maria said ... (12:06 PM) :

I like the dress of the girl who is behind her!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:07 PM) :

damn--feel like my mother but it would be even lovelier if it didn't look like she picked it up off her floor before she put it on. A little steaming and a creamy-colored bra strap would have turned it into a stunning look.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:14 PM) :

it`s not the dress or the shoes (nevertheless they are beautiful), it`s the moment in time you stole from her.

Anonymous lizzy said ... (12:24 PM) :

wish i was taller so that i could pull off a dress like that!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:28 PM) :

This is beautiful!

Blogger luciano said ... (12:35 PM) :

How complementary is the word elegant and Italian, there is not one without the other. The dress is gorgeous and im guessing that she jumped off of that vespa. Beautiful colors surrounding her enhance the photo also. Nice shot.

Blogger Ray said ... (1:02 PM) :

She is so gorgeous!and that dress is so amazing!:)))

Anonymous Aneta Markovna said ... (1:15 PM) :

She made me think of the movie version of Mary Lennox in the Secret Garden, searching the house in her nighty.. adorable. :)

Anonymous Alessandro said ... (1:53 PM) :

The very definition of timeless loveliness; a beautiful girl who is probably as nice inside as she is outside.

Blogger Benoit said ... (2:00 PM) :

Blogger Lisa Petrarca said ... (2:00 PM) :

I think it's hard to pull off the shapeless dress look. But she's thin so it works.

Anonymous Emma Howard said ... (2:10 PM) :

My favorite look :embroidered/appliqued tone on tone motifs.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:49 PM) :

Uh, I don't love this dress. You can see her underwear underneath, its hem is uneven, and it looks like a nightie.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:18 PM) :

Anonymous Paul (UK) said ... (4:44 PM) :

What could I say that's not already been said, except she looks beautifully Milano, and call me shallow ladies, but she can ride pillion on my Vespa anyday!
The scooter is a Vespa GTS (it's a guy thing to know), one of the 2010 line of new Vespas for Europe and the US. Just don't call it a motorcyle ok?!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:09 PM) :

Is that her grandmother's nightgown? Yikes....

Blogger Annushka said ... (5:11 PM) :

The fine and thoughtful girl!!!)))
Romantic image!!!
It is lovely)

Anonymous Best of Beehive said ... (5:23 PM) :

I love the detail in the lacy trim on that dress. It fits pretty well to be a big, sheer dress.

That dress looks like a vintage romantic and beautiful!

Blogger X said ... (5:37 PM) :

Gorgeous hair, gorgeous dress, cute shoes, sweet notebook. Perfect!

Blogger J.Ro said ... (5:41 PM) :

She gives Penelope a run for her money.

Blogger Unknown said ... (5:50 PM) :

It's pretty, but it's a nightgown, even with a bra. And the shoes are just wrong, too sporty.

I agree with Nadine2point0.

I am much more interested in the lavender purse/

Blogger Tess said ... (8:35 PM) :

love to see an oversized dress without a belt - much more flattering to her without it, girls of world copy this sillohuette!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:40 AM) :

This look is so blah. This i-just-rolled-out-of-bed look is way to literal here.Lol! This dress could be pulled off nicely with accessories, or heels, or anything to make it look a little more put together and purposeful

Blogger SPEETway said ... (3:27 AM) :

lovely dress! unfortunately now in Milan is too cold for this outfit :(

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:44 AM) :

She looks like a J.W. Waterhouse painting <3

Blogger Sally said ... (3:17 PM) :

Is it really still warm enough in Milan to wear dresses like that? (A very nice dress it is too) but in the UK it is FREEZING!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:28 PM) :

It's a Tracy Reese dress. I actually own it myself. It is normally chinched at the waist with a matching belt, which makes it less nightgown-esque. I actually wore it to my senior prom.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:35 PM) :

so nice to see someone looking at a book instead of their phone! so many of your pictures are of people on their phones, it's a bit sad because you think they'd be looking around them at the beautiful scenery you shoot them in!

Blogger japanika said ... (4:09 AM) :

beautiful in its imperfectness...

Blogger Unknown said ... (6:08 AM) :

she is realy cute(A)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:17 AM) :

The dress looks fantastic with her hair.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:43 AM) :

What is wrong with bra straps showing? Are women supposed to be ashamed that they wear bras? Everything about this shot and the girl is lovely.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:53 PM) :

Very Arwen LOTR - gorgeous colour hair and dress. Hope she was'nt about to ride off on the scooter....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:48 PM) :

Anonymous ashlee said ... (12:07 PM) :

Anonymous Megan Katie said ... (5:07 AM) :

I really hope that scooter is hers, it's beautiful, especially with the brown leather detail.
I love that she's reading from her notebook, her hair, the drape of her dress, her lovely little ring - her shoes are adorable.
I didn't notice the bra-straps, but for me they ground the photo.

Anonymous Kerstin said ... (12:41 PM) :

Lovely derss and good flat shoes

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:13 AM) :
