Blogger Unknown said ... (9:31 AM) :

Ohh the spring sun is starting to gleam!

Blogger The Concrete Commentator said ... (9:32 AM) :

The cut of her dress is very sweet, and the bow adds to the soft sweetness also. I like that.

Blogger brooke said ... (9:32 AM) :

i think this look is refreshing for the clean silhouette and classic pieces...nothing over the top! i love the bow on her dress for an added unique detail. this is what being fashionable is all about, in my opinion.

Oh my. She looks just like a friend of mine. So fun to see what my Nebraska cowgirl friend would look like if she grew up in Moscow!

Blogger Galit said ... (9:32 AM) :

Love this photo. There's something magical about Russia. Lime old time glory...

It's great to see you are taking photos in Moscow. I will be making my way there mid-May for a continuation of a Russian language course I am taking here in London. I would love to get a preview of who's wearing what on the streets of Moscow. Dispel the stereotype of Babushkas and men in Soviet caps ;-)

Anonymous Persephone said ... (9:46 AM) :

This is a really great look. Great colors, great silhouette.

Anonymous Anna said ... (9:56 AM) :

I love the simplicity and perfect composition of this picture

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:56 AM) :

Ah she makes monochrome work... usually seems boring and uninspired, but her look has a certain romance to it.... definitely works! Style Council would agree... xx

Such a cute outfit!

Blogger Kathleen said ... (10:43 AM) :

Who knew, who knew? The people of Russia are so very beautiful, I've always known this. But their clothing and style sense? Wow! I love her classically simple mix of tonal browns with the long clean flowing hair and just a touch of makeup. It doesn't get much better than this. I'm going to grind this one into the ground, but there's a touch of old Ralph Lauren in the air here.

Blogger Patient x said ... (10:45 AM) :

I keep wrecking my brain about brown; whenever I wear it it seems a bit old-fashioned. But this look shows the true potential of brown/beige/camel... Just keep it colour coded! Very inspiring.

"so you think you're cool", it's not always about pushing boundaries. Some of the most minimal outfits can be the most breathtaking.

I think this look is perfectly executed.

How refreshing to see a young, fashionable woman who is well-groomed and not "letting it all hang out." Nothing neon and flashy/glittery, just an understated and youthful elegance. And her face is so natural and clean. Love it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:50 PM) :

I wish people dressed like this everyday. I'm sick of not having conservativeness in females clothing. I mean, of course there's some conservative clothing, but people usually associate these clothes to like amish people.

Anonymous Roxanne said ... (5:17 PM) :

She's wonderful...

Beautiful and romantic. You shot her at the perfect time of day, too! It really gives it a moody and wistful feel.
