This is my favourite so far since your trip down under. Perfect conditions for shooting. The sky, clouds, opera house and its like the sun just lights up her skin too. Bravo!

Beautiful Sydney photos! Love the Missoni & androgyny best. I also enjoy outfits I encounter while out & about. Am guilty of proclaiming love for someone's outfit/shoes/bag, out of the windows of moving cars. What you do here is fabulous and SO much fun! Always look forward to your posts.

we do apologize sart

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:15 PM) :

Kate Waterhouse?

Anonymous downunderboy said ... (6:48 PM) :

OMG - you've done it! That is Australia. The shot is spectacular.
Hey - I hear that you're coming back to Melbourne this week-end? True?
The lousey weather might be a challenge, but us Melburnians tend to layer quite well during the cold weather, so hopefully there might be a couple of inspirational shots.

Blogger ChristingC said ... (6:54 PM) :

gorgeous! a perfect outfit!

Blogger Anastasia said ... (7:18 PM) :

a breath of fresh air! lovely girl, beautiful sky and setting...isnt little Miss Margarita Missoni in town for fashion week too?! love Missoni knits!

Anonymous mimi said ... (7:19 PM) :

yes, i agree - i think it IS kate waterhouse. either that, or this girl is the spitting image of her.

Blogger Bookworm said ... (7:20 PM) :

OMG amazing! I just love how her face is tilted, and the tan legs with the gorgeous dress, tasteful heels, glasses,'s just one of those outfits that CLICK. And hey, I've noticed that not only is your blog amazing with fashion sense, it also excels in photography. Lovely composition!

Blogger CW said ... (7:33 PM) :

Very 60's and chic. However, as the Aussie fall wanes and winter arrives (it is southern hemisphere with seasons reverse of us), taller boots will become more appropriate.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:37 PM) :

I would say that this is most definitely Kate Waterhouse. Isn't she the David Jones racewear ambassador, so she'd definitely be at Fashion week. Lovely look.

Blogger Unknown said ... (7:49 PM) :

why dahling, that jørn utzon looks fabulous on you. the white is such a nice contrast against the pastel wavy gravy you got going on.

Anonymous AM said ... (8:13 PM) :

As a Syndeysider, I wish the Opera House didn't figure, its a bit of a cliche. Why not Paddington/Newtown - seen more interesting fashion there than around the city.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:29 PM) :

Is that kate waterhouse?

Blogger madameshawshank said ... (8:40 PM) :

Ah! Autumn (Fall) in Sydney ~ such an exquisite time..

sun basking..

those benches are lovely for drinking in this view..

'n the pigeon as well..enjoying Sydney

Sart am so happy the skies have gifted you with blue beyond blue!

Blogger Joy Mars said ... (8:43 PM) :

Gorgeous colors. None of the environment echo the colors in the dress, but that makes the whole composition more dynamic.

The shoes are killer. And nothing beats Italian fashion on a thin woman.

Do Aussie women dip a bit too much into the insta-tan jar for their legs? Hmmm?

Blogger Anisa said ... (8:56 PM) :

ah, the sixties...wish i was there.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:20 PM) :

the boooties are YvesSaintLaurent ;)!

Great Missoni (?) dress and even better photo. Beautiful.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:18 AM) :

I love the photo, and her dress/sunglasses/hair/body language are all great.

I'm thinking the boots probably look trashy in person, however. One can still be daring and stay in good taste. AG

FLOR from Australia

Anonymous FVAD said ... (1:57 AM) :

Only Missoni ..

everything about this shoot is just perfect..starting with her; flawless, the lights and compositions of colors are as nostalgic as her looks too; may be a cover for Vogue in the 70s '' the most stylish era as i perceive''

I love !

Blogger Mama Bear said ... (5:24 AM) :

Water in Sydney Harbour in the sun sparkles and shines, flashes of light constantly moving .. I am entranced every time I see it. Surprising then that your shot shows the water as almost flat blue colour. Otherwise you have brilliantly captured the brightness and sunny Sydney afternoon atmosphere. Gorgeous girl and look
