¡Roberto Benigni!

Blogger Jocke said ... (6:29 PM) :

Could it be Mr. G. Bruce Boyer?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:29 PM) :

Valentino Garavani ?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:35 PM) :

Gianni Agnelli? If I'm right it was the way he carries his watch that gave it away.

Looking forward to the Sthlm pictures!

Lapo Elkann? He'd certainly have the chutzpah, but the suit looks a little less tight than usual.

Blogger V said ... (6:42 PM) :

I know Gianni Agnelli used to do it. But I have no clue who the man in the picture might be.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:44 PM) :

Besides Gianni Agnelli... I don't know who else might be able to pull this off. Actually this guy does a good job of it. I think this particular watch and the tight cuffs help the look although don't know if it's the watch that makes it look tight.

BTW Agnelli loved buttoned down collar shirts from Brooks Brothers. Very cool of him to mix it up.

I agree. Elkann for sure...

Blogger Look said ... (6:46 PM) :

I didn't even notice it as first...

P.S. I don't think Lapo Elkann has old-guy hands like that.

Blogger Dutch Girl said ... (6:49 PM) :

I'm taking a guess and saying Al Bazar owner Lino Ieluzzi.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:59 PM) :

Beppe Modenese

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:05 PM) :

Gianni Agnelli... I have thought about him too...
No idea, but the greatest photo so far, IMO

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:42 PM) :

Its not me! thats for sure

Blogger Trendy Jorge said ... (7:51 PM) :

I cannot guess who this is, but I am sure it's not "Avvocato" Agnelli (unfortunately deceased for a few years now) or is grandson Lapo. This is an older man, and a very stylish one. He must, that's the only way to pull off the "watch over cuff" look.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:53 PM) :

the look is relly italian and maybe he is around 50 years old have to be giancarlo gianini

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:54 PM) :

I would say Luciano Benetton. Just because of the glasses. The look is very Gianni Agnelli although with his passing I don't think Lapo (his nephew) is that cool.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:23 PM) :

Agnelli...Elkann's a bit ragged, but doesn't have agespots...

Blogger Zach said ... (8:27 PM) :

tell me it's Clooney.

Blogger Unknown said ... (8:39 PM) :

Eye have in mind a certain British royal who favors ballantyne (double-breasted) suits.. Am eye warm?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:02 PM) :

it has to be lapo elkan, gianni agnelli's grandson. agnelli's trademarked watch-over-shirtcuff can only be copied by his grandson lapo, who is also wearing his old suits...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:04 PM) :

that guy with the fedora you photographed twice last year. An Italian men's magazine editor, I think.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:58 PM) :

You yourself.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:00 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:00 PM) :

I think it's Beppe!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:04 PM) :

A relative of Gianni Agnelli perhaps?

Blogger zuccotto said ... (10:35 PM) :

Giorgio Armani..

Blogger zuccotto said ... (10:36 PM) :

Oops, I thought it was Agnelli, but he is no longer around.. and thought I must be mistaken.

Blogger Dave said ... (10:43 PM) :

Those hands look too old to be Lapo. And too young, so to speak, to be Agnelli. Maybe it's someone else associated with Fiat that I just don't about. All joking aside, I have no idea.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:43 PM) :

Hamish Bowles?

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:10 PM) :

On 2nd thoughts if he has to be milanese.. then Della valle of TOD's is my guess

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:52 PM) :

Luciano Barbera!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:53 PM) :

Dunno, but he's "of a certain age" telling from his hands. Don't think it's Benigni.

In any case, did you not discuss this "quirky cuff with time piece" a few months ago?

It doesn't look bad or odd at all.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:54 PM) :

That sfigato Diego della Valle??

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:57 PM) :

I guess Luciano Barbera!

Blogger Anastasia said ... (12:13 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:15 AM) :

let me guess...Giancarlo Nernolini! i made up that name.

Blogger Eastern Aisle Credit Solutions, Inc. said ... (12:33 AM) :

hmmmm... Karl Lagerfeld?.. hehe..

Blogger Unknown said ... (12:44 AM) :

Gianni Agnelli or Lapo Elkann. Have seen pics of them do it previously.

Blogger jkh said ... (3:45 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:57 AM) :

It has to be Beppo

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (9:58 AM) :

No guesses, but I love the shot and I love that you noticed the detail!

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:11 AM) :

Luca Di Montezemolo ?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:18 PM) :

Valentino! of course

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:12 AM) :

I think is M. Gianni Agnelli! Very smart! I love it...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:54 AM) :
