Very interesting blog. Kiss Kiss

It would be a trashier look, but he jeans are just loose enough to say otherwise.

I don't mean to say she looks trashy - but after living in L.A. it's easy to see how a camisole top, jeans, heels, aviators and a little leather jacket *could* look very L. Lohan - and the impressive thing here is that the same elements do a much better thing.

Blogger dav said ... (6:23 AM) :

I think her look is alrigh, but i can't help but feel it is a little standard. Alright she is absolutely gorgeous, with a perfect face/complexion/hair/sunglasses thing going on, but apart from that she's just got jeans and a leather on?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:45 AM) :

wow! very sexy ...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:51 AM) :

Is this the girl from "The Devil Wears Prada?"

No matter, she's given me a teeny tiny reason to reconsider metallic shoes (very teeny tiny).

They're not just for Caribbean street parades anymore!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:52 AM) :

i hate her:( why she is that much hot! incredibly beautiful!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:11 AM) :

she's gorgeous!
love the jacket.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:18 AM) :

My God she's a Lampost Lady if ever I saw one...

Meaning, if she was walking towards me I'd walkl straight into a lampost...

Talk about being blinded by beauty and style...

Mama Mia... !

Blogger Gudl said ... (7:32 AM) :

She looks perfect(ly Italian)...
Nice background, too!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:53 AM) :

Blogger Stratos Bacalis said ... (7:57 AM) :

Great aviators, great looking lady - the jeans's length is a bit too long I think. And she must probably be a foreigner, I thought italian women did not wear jeans in Milan? Correct me if I'm wrong Scott.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:01 AM) :

nice. wish i could pull this look. especially that leather jacket. work it girl!

Blogger Unknown said ... (8:03 AM) :

Wow, what a babe.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:09 AM) :

there is a god.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:22 AM) :

wow! something different!
its so refreshing to see someone without the poker straight dark hair, a short short dress revealing a mile of stockinged leg finished with a chunky platform shoe. Just classic laidback euro glamour. Ahhhhh.

Blogger Carolina Lange said ... (8:27 AM) :

Wow, she is gorgeous! Her outfit is great, but the hair with the glasses give that extra sexy thing!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:41 AM) :

wow! she's like an effortless goddess. it's really refreshing to see a woman wear something else than skinny jeans these days. besides, love the hair!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:49 AM) :

Oh, you beautiful doll!

Blogger Jennifer said ... (8:52 AM) :

genetically and cosmetically she's gorgeous. but, um...where's the fashion? from the neck down she is entirely unremarkable, style-wise.

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:25 AM) :

She has the most prefect eyebrows.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:26 AM) :

What a bombshell! She looks like Sophia Loren.....A young Sophia Loren.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:28 AM) :

A Milanese Cindy Crawford!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:32 AM) :

The very definition of a babe. Italy has probably the best looking women in the world, so many different types, and most of them seem to know how to dress. Mind you I read somewhere that to be born a man in Italy is the first prize in the lottery of life. Probably some truth in it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:11 AM) :

wahou! belle et sexy

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:18 AM) :

she would look beautiful wearing something from value village......having said that, her clothes are very nice....not original, but who really cares....

Blogger The Great Canadian Beavers said ... (10:56 AM) :

Her beauty is STUNNING.
I have a feeling anything she wears will look good.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:05 AM) :

Wow! This is one of my favorite Sartorialist pics ever!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:28 AM) :

Wow, she looks perfect.

Love that leather jacket matched with the top underneath.

Blogger MARIA H said ... (11:37 AM) :

beautiful face, beautiful hair!!

There is something missing in the lower portion of her outfit... A piece with a little more strenght.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:39 AM) :

The hair, the sunglasses, the lips...she's got to be one of the most beautiful people I've seen.

Blogger Staci said ... (11:47 AM) :

very pretty but rather boring.

Blogger tron said ... (12:13 PM) :

This girl is gorgeous but that's about it. Jeans too long and those awful whiskers!!! What a pretty place though... wish I was there.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:23 PM) :

ooh i like this very much!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:44 PM) :

a lot of lips

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:01 PM) :

My heart skipped a beat when I saw that picture load. Hers is an eccentric, magnetic mix of strength and femininity. Leather and lace. Absolute stunner.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:10 PM) :

She's hot. Sultry and curvy. Rarely seen in fashion pages these days.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:16 PM) :

Wow... stunning. Something about her say's "American" as opposed to Italian. Maybe it's the volume in her hair. Or the aviators. Either way, what a beauty.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:29 PM) :

Blogger blue said ... (1:44 PM) :

excelente blog, adoro tus fotos.
la chica se ve muy a la moda, creo que los pantalones ajustados ha sido un gran acierto en la moda.
y una chaqueta de cuero en el closet nunca deben faltar

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:49 PM) :

I'm sitting here with a cold, a mess in my dorm room. Thank you for this LESSON in gorgeousness this morning.

Blogger Juliette Tang said ... (2:29 PM) :

sart...i'm SO not digging this lingerie top under a bomber jacket with distressed jeans. milan does not equal staten island! the hair is also...just's like something gabrielle from desperate housewives would wear

Blogger blindfaith said ... (3:08 PM) :

Gorgeous woman. Outfit-wise, I would like to see the legs of the jeans shorten to keep the look tight.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:09 PM) :

She reminds me of Anne Hathaway. Gorgeous.

Blogger Claris said ... (3:16 PM) :

This is the kind of woman every American man dreams of running into on the street of Milan.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:20 PM) :

penelope cruz, is that you?

while i do think her jeans could use a hem (i want to see the shoes!) -- i love the combination of the feminine, flowy, white top underneath that cropped leather jacket. and the aviators top it all off... very chic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:21 PM) :

Gorgeous, in an Italian movie star, i.e. Monica Bellucci, sort of way. No waif here. Sexy as hell but notice how her top hits right below the jeans not revealing any belly. American girls who insist on revealing their "muffin tops" could learn a lot from this woman who probably could show her belly without revealing any "rolls". Also, jeans aren't so low slung but show off her curves. Well done without a lot of thought.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:39 PM) :

She looks a little bit like Anne Hathaway ^^

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:51 PM) :

Bellisima! Nicely put together. Casual and elegant at the same time.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:03 PM) :

Wow, she's gorgeous - I love her head, the hair, the sunglasses, her mouth...

Blogger Susan B said ... (4:08 PM) :

A modern-day Sophia Loren. She is stunning.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:20 PM) :

She's a 10, but I don't think her style is so great. The jeans look sort of awkward around the feet/ankle area and she looks sort of late-90's generic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:58 PM) :

Motlo Bene...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:10 PM) :

She's pretty, but her outfit's "meh".

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:47 PM) :

i'm not 100% sure if she's italian - love via montenapo, even if you go there in oct / nov when it's cold, dark & grey every person you pass is still wearing sunglasses. You know when someone is italian, the're the only people wearing sunglasses in the rain! my fathers from milan & it's so true ...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:48 PM) :

You're gorgeous

Blogger Pret a Porter P said ... (7:05 PM) :

GORGEOUS! i mean jaw dropping.

Blogger I'm not a Fashion Victim! said ... (7:43 PM) :

MISS MILANO!!!!! Great shots!!

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (8:18 PM) :

Perfect example of West Coast/California style. Is she American?

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (8:19 PM) :

Actually she looked like Gina Gershon 15 years ago.

Blogger Stephanie said ... (8:48 PM) :

"Lamppost Lady", indeed! Kinda takes your breath away, this one.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:49 PM) :

from the waist up
the ensemble is sensational
but there is just something about the denim - the fit, the cut of the leg, i dont kno
that just doesnt work well enough
she is appearing bigger in her hip area than i think she actually is
beautiful woman -no doubt-
oh and the shoes poor choice for the lower leg of the pant
she kinda just gets stubby from the waist down

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:37 PM) :

Well...that's what I'm talking about.

Blogger Robert said ... (10:32 PM) :

Fine art, minus the trendy clothing.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:49 PM) :

Is that Anne Hathaway?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:18 PM) :

her look is HOT and i'm totally in love with that leather jacket.

love you sart!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:42 PM) :

It's so hard to get the jacket and jeans right! The color of the leather, its texture, the cut, the length -- perfect. Hardly anyone can do it well...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:19 AM) :

anne hathaway, cindy crawford, monica bellucci, sophia loren... hmmm... for me, she brings to mind the young Carré Otis.

i hope this lady does not reveal her identity like "jacques" did... much of her allure comes from her sens du mystère.

Blogger Jennifer said ... (8:52 AM) :

would kill to find out what kind of lipstick she wears...though i doubt it wouldn't look the same on myself.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:29 PM) :

she is very beautiful !!!, but i don't like her clothes...the length on the jeans, the top, and those shoes looks cheap.

Blogger Anastasia said ... (5:23 PM) :

i knew this pic would get a mixed reaction haha
she is very beautiful and has a very 90's roman look - not as hip and sleek as the other Milan pics you've shown but she sure looks sexy - great hair!
I agree with the other though her clothes look a little cheapish...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:38 PM) :

Yes, we do wear jeans in Italy, what kind of question is that? :).. But we know that´s it´s not our uniform.
But I think the woman in the picture has no specific style. It´s a common thing. So many comments, ´cause she has a nice face and hair :)... Otherwise...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:24 PM) :

love the perfectly plucked eyebrows... haha

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:12 PM) :

She is an attractive woman but this look really has been done to death. Nothing particularly chic about it, and I agree with jessica m. - kind of a Lindsay Lohan, L.A. vibe".

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:44 PM) :

Gorgeous goddess. Her lips are fantastic.

As for her outfit, the lacy top under the jacket is a nice contrast, and the jeans are great (if, as many people have pointed out, a little too long).

Blogger Bel said ... (1:02 AM) :

She's certainly a hottie, but doesn't rate as highly on the scales of originality and style.

But I guess a face and body like that is worth photographing anyday, right Sart?! ;o)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:22 AM) :

super beautiful! im showing this picture to my sex reassignment surgeon and make me look just like her! haha! congrats sart!

Blogger The Curio Keeper said ... (3:44 AM) :

I love the cropped jacket! She looks like a glamazon :]

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:30 AM) :

she may be great a very ordinary way, though, and sorry, but she's not at all well dressed.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:59 AM) :

I think she would look good in anything!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:53 AM) :

What a fox! This is one of my favorite pictures. I got of tired of seeing the same old street urchin look.

Blogger Charlé said ... (10:21 AM) :

i love that she's not buying into the skinny jeans look even though she absolutely can. overall she's put timeless pieces into a very modern look.

Blogger Just an Observation said ... (1:54 PM) :

LOVE THIS HERE and casual chic!

thx sar.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:19 PM) :

Absolutely freaking gorgeous! This may be the most beautiful women you have ever shown -- that face, that hair! I am dying to see her eyes underneath those sunglasses. Unfortunately, I have to agree with others that her fashion sense isn't quite right. The outfit is boring and not very well put-together.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:09 PM) :

She looks like a lady and a strong sexy woman. She avoids the American white-trash look by keeping her clothes well tailored to her body and well-fitted. She is not flashing her breasts and ass and butt crack as American girl-women do, and she has no "muffin-top". She is chic and subtle. She is well-groomed, but what I like best ab out her is that she seems completely comfortable in her skin.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:54 PM) :

...wonderful woman!!! Very sexy! ;)

Blogger Jazevox said ... (3:04 PM) :

wardrobe look great, im a little concern about the excess long jean she is swearing, looks like a hazzard walking with how long it looks in the photo.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:50 PM) :

L.A. does Penelope Cruz. she's beautiful but doesn't look natural in the look she's chosen. A bit stiled for true style.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:54 AM) :

no doubt she's a beautiful woman, but her clothes...blah. sart, i thought you focoused more on style than on straight, plain, beauty

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:55 AM) :

Hot, hot, hot.

Leather and Lace.

Sexy and Sweet.

Wrapped around a beautiful body and face.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:10 AM) :

I would love to see what bag that she was carrying there. hmmm..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:23 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:00 PM) :

She could pull off a anything, I mean paperbag anything, newspaper hat anything.

Anonymous Pietro said ... (10:32 PM) :

Another note to self: Move back to Italy.
