Tuesday morning

ok it is not getting any better - 2 maybe 3 hours sleep last night. After Versace I came back to the room to edit and color correct etc for The Sartorialist and
Actually I am not complaining - I love it and everyone has been so supportive.
I figured if i try a lot of backlight it might lessen the "haggardliness" of my look right now

no need to get any better.

If you get too tired, we can trade for a few days. You can work my law practice and I can photograph and drink vino and smoke cigarettes with gorgeous tanned 8-foot tall models. ;-) Sart? Hello Sart? Are you there?

That's a great picture of you.

I am looking forward to see more from Milan. Keep up doing that good work and don't forget to tell us when the pictures on are online. ;)

So, here we have the sartorialist in person?

Blogger argos said ... (8:31 AM) :

Maybe a little ashen. You are hanging in there though.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:54 AM) :

I don't think you look haggard, maybe just a little angry, but that's okay. Is that a scar I see on the left side of your face?

Blogger Francois said ... (9:09 AM) :

You should have tweaked the color and have your face in green! get some rest and enjoy. Thanks for taking us to Italy.

But honestly you look very good
for the sliver of sleep you have gotten.

If you happen to see Oluchi hanging around, snap a pic for me!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:24 AM) :

You're in Milan. Seeing great fashion, taking pictures of beautiful women. Dude, smile!

For anybody that hasn't run the "gauntlet" on one of these's standing...waiting...getting your seat..or being forced to stand...waiting for those special people to show up..oh! we were waiting for "them?!" You've got how many more after this one?! Argh! But it is a thrill! Try dressing models...backstage! What a rush!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:11 AM) :

Sart, I think you lok a lot like Lance Armstrong! Do you get compared to him ever?

Blogger Swagger said ... (11:23 AM) :

I have been religiously viewing your blog for the last several months. I am suprised to see so many pics of you as of late. I am not saying this is a bad thing. I am curious if before you were not showing yourself for other reasons. Now that I know you... I will look for you in NYC when I am there.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:27 AM) :

You look rather like Keifer Sutherland.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:43 AM) :

Haggard? Try sexy with a touch rugged.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:55 AM) :

Hmm. You look better and better if you ask me... Starvation does wonders... really.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:22 PM) :

nope. you still look fucking tired. but we appreciate all your hard work...:)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:22 PM) :

Get some sleep, you poor man! Good heavens, you're gonna run yourself into the ground. And the worst part of it is, you'll have been so tired that you won't be able to remember any of the fabulous things you did just before you collapsed...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:00 PM) :

Gorgeous eyes.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:09 PM) :

You're very serious! But cute :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:03 PM) :

Blogger Coi Zero said ... (3:45 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:36 AM) :

It's ok if you look tired. It's the look of money making.

You are so hot.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:43 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:56 AM) :

A Junker, leaving his estate in the country, to pursue beauty. Faded but still there; a scar, given in a college hazing ritual. While recieving the cut from his closest friend, he didn't move save for the trembling of lips.
Almost two decades with the totenkopf-hussars has left an indelible weight of determination in his eyes.
-seriously, somehow mr.sartorialist has the perfect look of an arbiter elegantarium, just, and somehow ascetic.

Blogger Malarki said ... (4:02 AM) :

I do not know why but, I thought you would be ugly!.....always taking pictures of other people and not yourself tells people that, what is behind the lens is not exactly the best looking thing out there. But, I am sadly corrected. You look like this AND you get to take pictures of other beautiful people? SUCH AN EGO CRASHER! MY, you white folk sure do have beautiful/colourful eyes...

Never visited the Sartorialist up until 2 days ago. I AM HOOKED. Trying to get through all of your archives by mid night!

P.S It would be really cool if you took a picture of yourself everytime you left your hotel/house to take pictures so that we all know what YOU were wearing when you asked them if you could take their's just a suggestion.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:03 PM) :

your incredibly handsome

Blogger Ben1980 said ... (5:34 PM) :

Wow you look stunning!! Some guys have it all brains, good taste and beauty!!!

Anonymous Christine said ... (2:27 AM) :

Maybe it's just me but I'm getting a very Van Gogh or even Gauguin self portrait vibe from this photograph.
