I like when photographers shoot models with at least one of their feet turned in so they don't look so big..otherwise, it is a rather childish body language..(that I find charming!)
I can think of many examples of how the Sartorialist "knows his shit", but knowing who CR is isn't one of them. What person following fashion, let alone blogging about it, doesn't know this? Or that her daughter has Bea beat as hippest editorial offspring. All the editors should be having fun, it is fashion people, not the ER. Besides who the hell cares. I knew I loved The Sartotialist when he didn't seem to realize he had captured the lesbian lovers from last season's America's Next Top Model.

Yes most everyone that follows fashion or blogs about it is aware of CR but how many bloggers or editors can also take a photo of her looking this good

"knowing your shit" and being able to take a beautiful photograph of it are two different things. or should I say, knowing "who the players are" and knowing the players...
perhaps one of the "many examples" I had in mind. however, I appreciate your blog because it isn't just the players you showcase it is style. I like style.
The woman has style, so effortless, so french, so gorgeous. You can't beat that smokey/sexy look she's mastered and still remains classy.
I cannot believe someone mentioned Paris Hilton and CR in the same sentance...your laptop should be confiscated! Firstly, she seems so natural and is not overtly self conscious.Just an interesting whirlwind of creative energy and great footwear.
THAT PLEATING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DRESS IS SO PRETTY! all-caps pretty. And i love the foot position- glam but a little shy maybe?
I love the naturalness of her position - not many photographers seem to be able to capture that well!
