Comments on "The Tiny Suit"
I hate to say it- but that suit immediatly made me think of the photographs taken of European asylum inmates in the early twentieth century. I am so sorry.
Is that the Thom Browne style that we're debating about? That's just horrible taste really. Why would somebody pay so much money for that kind of pants?
Yes...this is the same style that has been debated. I agree it looks very uncomfortable and does not inspire me (at least)to go out and buy a suit with that fit. It may be fashionable, but it certainly is not stylish.
It looks no less ridiculous each time you post a picture of a man wearing a boy's suit.
i really don't know what to think of the whole thom browne thing. everytime i think i might actually like, i remember the shorts. and i used to hate the pants too, but i liked the prada short pants, which made me rethink my take on thom browne, but then i saw thom browne's short pants and...
I do like this picture. The clothes might not be exactly what I would choose, but these folks present this look very well. The smiles are their best accessory! They convey great charisma and appear to be having a wonderful time.
You captured a fun filled moment.
i quite like it. it's nice to see adults loosening up and not taking themselves so seriously.
I like the opportunity to show off some cool socks, but can't fully get behind the whole cropped suit thing.
It sort of looks like the wearer has recently had a growth spurt. Sexy and boyish in an adolescent kind of way.
I'm going to sit this trend out, though. This look requires a body type that I don't have.
desertwind thought of this:

I like the look.
Whenever I see this look, all I can think of is "FAT MAN IN A LITTLE COAT". Although he is not fat, same principal. However, if this trend picks up (God forbid), buying from the boys department will be less expensive. Ahh, the silver lining . . . .
Tiny sense of style.....The european asylum thing is funny...
I loved it... it is just so renewing. it is young a happy and free look.
