I'm not sure on the colours she matched... I mean, it isn't bad if senn like this, but the entire figure... I'm curous to see it.
Anyway, I love her shorts

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:52 AM) :

I'm inspired by those shorts and the color of her legs..thank you.

Blogger Oh Dear Charlotte said ... (9:53 AM) :

how about the embroidery on those shorts!!!

Blogger Cassiopeia said ... (9:56 AM) :

love those shorts... are they the same ones susie bubble has? the contrast with the coral is great!

Anonymous When you think you've seen it all said ... (10:09 AM) :

wow.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:15 AM) :

i wonder if those shorts would hurt when she sat down....
but they are fabulous

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:24 AM) :

suzi bubble, huh? love this combo.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:25 AM) :

great, love the colors mix, the short details and the shoes seems to be amazing by the shape!!

Blogger JURIS..!!! said ... (10:47 AM) :

what a nice red legging
stunning !

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:51 AM) :

This might sound strange, but I really like that her shoes are dirty. I've always shied away from white shoes because they get dirty, but this is inspiring because she still looks fab. Not many could pull this off, especially the pink tights.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:59 AM) :

I'm loving those shorts and hating those shoes. I too wonder if the shorts would hurt when you sat down - they're buttons, not embroidery, right?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:08 AM) :

wow that pink just looks like..orange.

Blogger rosemary said ... (11:33 AM) :

love this look, especially her shoes! but i agree, you have to wonder if the shorts hurt when she sits down...

Blogger CL said ... (11:43 AM) :

I'm so suprised Sart posted a photo at sunset! I like the color combination of the jacket and tights.....

Blogger Unknown said ... (12:07 PM) :

very daring!

Anonymous princess glee said ... (12:14 PM) :

Feels like someone is anxious for spring. The shorts with the texture-y print are great but next to the pink legs, olive drab jacket and brown suede bag, they're too summery. Save the shorts for when the weather's a little warmer and ditch the tights, the legs are great too.

Blogger diane said ... (12:18 PM) :

OMG, I remember her write-up on this shot. She said she was so thankful for the lighting, because she had a snag in those tights that didn't show. Great shot, Scott.

Blogger Allen - East Hampton said ... (12:30 PM) :

Love it - love it - love it!

susie bubble always dresses in the most outrageous ways! i love the colour of those tights..

Blogger Joy Mars said ... (1:45 PM) :

The body look would have worked for me if not for the army drab coat. Have to say that confuses me.

Anonymous Valentine said ... (2:29 PM) :

Just wonderful. Such great personal style. I'm not sure of the colors in reality, but on my screen the tights show up as a bright coral red.

Blogger The Comet said ... (3:43 PM) :

This touches me in all the right ways..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:12 PM) :

I heart Suzi Bubble! Loving the tights and these shorts are patterned with swarovski crystals

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:26 PM) :

The lighting! How do you do it every time? It's divine. Beaded shorts! Why don't I live in Paris?

Blogger Yevgeniya Vodkina said ... (5:42 PM) :

I absolutely looove this, but i'm seeing those legs as much more orange than pink. It's sort of earthy with a bit of glam because of the heals and swarovski covered shorts.

Anonymous izzy said ... (5:50 PM) :

i adore those shorts!

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (6:43 PM) :

how niiiice! I'd like to see the rest of it. :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:03 PM) :

this combo is so right: grunge and glamour. love it

Blogger Connie said ... (9:04 PM) :

This is H&M's orange tights!

Blogger Olimpia Liberti said ... (12:34 PM) :

this is orange...

Anonymous Catherine like Deneuve said ... (5:03 PM) :

Bill Cunningham noted a few weeks ago that in Paris, the legs were flaunted but covered--short skirts with tights, whereas in NY pants were more the rule, and if legs were shown they were bare, even in the cold.
Interesting divergence.
I see, even in the south of France, women in tights though temps are around 70 these days. I have to admit that the bare leg look seems very Bridget Jones tarty to me.

Blogger Cassie Jo - Tofuscloset said ... (11:39 PM) :

wow..love the shorts a lot

Blogger Octavia Morris said ... (10:28 AM) :

hehehe...very cute shot... the way the light dances on the pavement is beautiful too

LOVE those heels, and the shorts - the way this photo is taken makes the red legs look cool, but i bet in real life it made 'em look like those plastic german sausages.. what are they called? frankfurters!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:42 AM) :

like!

Blogger nari. said ... (8:59 AM) :

woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow!
i mean, POW!
this is way awesome.

Blogger Madeline said ... (10:31 PM) :

Susie Bubble at her best!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:59 AM) :

Wonderful *-* I love love

Blogger PACT Lennart Selle said ... (11:40 AM) :

This is an incredible Photograph!

Blogger Blue Floppy Hat said ... (2:27 AM) :

SO GLAD to see the large version of the photograph at last- Susie Bubble truly is one of style's greatest originals today, there's no one quite like her. And that's some clever shot-taking, you managed to avoid showing the rip in her tights altogether.
PS: She has awesome legs, and they do not look like sausages of any description. In or out of tights.

Blogger Blue Floppy Hat said ... (2:28 AM) :

Also, yay for the appearance of Ms Bubble on The Sartorialist at long last- wonder how you guys managed to miss each other at Fashion Week before this.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:44 AM) :

I adore the thirties-inspired colour combo - tomato red, olive, cream and black. Love. It.

Anonymous Vanwyngarden said ... (12:16 PM) :

Lovely outfit, she looks like an undersea seahorse amazon, haha beautiful and fresh

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:32 PM) :

I really dont like the effect caused by the pink socks. it looks like the woman is too sweat. but the outfit is great ..

Blogger Ricky James said ... (5:10 AM) :

I love the miss matched colours...
